Today I'm going over starter Pokemon, and all of their evolutions, and picking out the top worst starters be it through design, stats or they just aren't well liked. Cause we all know, the fanbase loves to pick on the starter pokemon the most and I genuinely don't get why. I won't deny, there's a few starters that I genuinely don't like but for the most part I like them all pretty equally.

1. Delphox

A Pokemon im sure you all expected to see on here. Delphox ruined everything that made Braixen so great and is quite known for how bad its design is. Anime Delphox & official art aren't too bad, but game Delphox looks bad on so many levels. I've mentioned my experience with Delphox before on the previous book, but I'm gonna go into heavier detail. In Gen 6, the second I saw Fennekin I KNEW who I was choosing as my starter. Fennekin evolved and I fell in love with Braixen. She was cute and very well designed. She quickly became one of my all time favorite Pokemon. Come time for Braixen to evolve, I was jaw dropped as I firmly thought they couldn't ruin a Pokemon I loved so much and somehow they managed to do so. The in game 3D sprites for Delphox are straight up BAD. A common occurrence on this list is that Pokemon is especially inconsistent with 3D sprites. Delphox was too humanoid, even for me and i prefer the more humanoid Pokemon, and the hairy dress design elements just wasn't working in its favor. I've said it once and I'll say it again, if I could change any Pokemons design, I almost immediately always think of Delphox. I've heard MANY fans claim they too were so disappointed with Delphox, they wound up giving their Braixen an everstone to prevent it from evolving. That says a lot...
