"Does he know?" Anthony asked with his very thick Latino accent but he didn't see them judging him with this accent."He looks innocent though.."

"Innocent people tend to deceive people, Ant." Xenon replied. Silang apat lang ngayon ang nasa loob ng Las Incógnitas.

Wala ang iba dahil may mga importanteng nilakad, they're here to report bago sila pumunta sa tutuluyan nilang bahay kong saab din tumutuloy sina Maven at Alison. Ang gamit nila ay nasa labas pa at hinihintay silang bumalik.

"He doesn't need to know but if fate will, we can't do anything about it." Tanging saad ni Maven sa kanila. "After what happened, he doesn't remember anything from the past, except what happened to those days inside that dark room."

"He looks in peace right now." Komento ni Anthony, unang kita nya palang sa lalake ay nasabi nya agad na ito ang lalakeng iniligtas ni Maven noon.

"Not really, those memories are keep hunting him." Kontra naman agad ni Alison sa lalake. "He might look in peace but he's trying to get rid of it."

"The only thing he can remember when he woke up after months being inside the hospital, are those memories." It wasn't just a words, it a fact from Maven's mouth.

Napatitig sila sa babae, agad nilang nakita ang batang babae na si Maven, nakatayo sa malayo habang duguan at may dalang maliit na kutsilyo puno ng dugo.

She's looks like being beaten a thousand times, she have a lot of bruises and a lot of cuts on her body. She needs a treatment but she choose not to show up while watching two bodies are being carry inside the ambulance.

One body is already dead but one body is surviving for its life. She was there watching with no emotions but full of anger and sorrow. Humigpit lalo ang pagkakahawak nya sa kustilyo, nanginginig na nga ito habang hinahawakan nya ito ng mahigpit.

On the other ambulance, she can saw the three kids also the same age as her. They're all unconscious, tiningnan nya ang nasusunog na building kong saan inaapula na ito ng mga bumbero. She look back just to see two people lying with no life already.

"Do you regret it, Mav?" Tanong ni Xenon na nagpabalik sa lahat sa reyalidad. She throw a glance to him.

"A little bit.." nagulat sila sa sinabi ng babae "I saw a little bit chance to save her too but not as big as I saw chance to save him from that night."

"And until now, you keep saving him without him knowing that it was you all the time." Anthony stated.

"Just like I said, earlier he doesn't need to know about it." Alam nilang may malalim na dahilan si Maven kong bakit hindi nito sinabi sa kanya.

Sa isipan naman ni Maven, hindi kailangan ni Zhangwei malaman ang lahat sa kanyang nakaraan because it will only bring chaos not to everyone but to himself that he might not handle it. Sa tatlo naman, alam nilang alam na ni Maven ang kanyang ginagawa.

"Vernon Agustin.." nanlaki ang mata nilang tumangin sa babae, may gulat t nagbabadya ang takot sa mga mata nila. "I onced said that name and call the owner of that name at that night."

"Son of Alistair Agustin, the number one ex-assassin in Europe." Saad ni Xenon nang maalala ang pangalan na iyan at tumingin ang lahat kay Maven. "Your Master, the one who trained you, the former number one assassin in Europe."
