We follow the footsteps until we are lead to a bunch of different rooms. All types of stuff everywhere. Clothes, bags, water.
"Split up, get what you need." I say I found a jacket and start to put it on "Meet back here when your done" I say Everyone nods and walks off
Then I see Thomas and Minho walking off so I join them
"Hey whatever y'all saw, I don't want to end up like that" Minho says We don't answer him and just looked forward "Hey y'all here me" he adds "Yeah we hear you. We won't I can promise you that" I say and he nods
"So what are we looking for exactly?" Minho asks "Signs of life I guess" Thomas says "Does he count?" I say shining my light on a dead man
"Shit" Thomas says Minho bends down "They had power" he says as he opens it up
I look around at all the papers and blood then I see a bed and dolls set up in a cage Wait. They had power, people were here. The cage, the blood. They're cranks now "Minho wait!!" I yell but he already turned on the lights He turns and looks at me with a proud look on his face but it soon turns to fear "Reyna watch out!!" He yells I turn to see a crank jump at me I scream and fall backwards. Thankfully it was in the cage. "What the hell was that thing?!" Minho asks "Crank" I mumble We hear more screeching and screaming "Umm starch that cranks" I say making sure the "s" at the end was emphasized. "We gotta move! We gotta move! Go!" Thomas says as we all three start to run "Why is it always us three running from danger!!" I yell "Less talking more running!" Minho tells back "I'm multitasking you idiot!!" I yell again
We run through doors and Minho and Thomas hold them closed. I see a dresser next to the door I run over and start to push it "Watch out! Watch out!" I yell as it falls in front of the door They both move and it lands right in front of the door. It won't hold for long but hopefully enough for us to get away.
We start running again hearing more noises
"Go! Go! Go! Go! Go!" Minho yells We turn the corner to see everyone standing there confused "HEY!" Thomas screamed "RUN!" I screamed No one moved as they were all confused "IF SOMEONE TELLS YOU TO RUN YOU RUN LIKE SHIT IDIOTS!!" I tell again The cranks also round the corner and the whole group takes off running.
"What the hell are those things guys?" Winston yells "Cranks!! Just keep going!" I yell back
we make our way up the stairs. We turn the corner to see a crank in front of us Aris ran in the front of the group with a pole in his hands hitting the crank. One crawled after Thomas, as I was walking backwards trying not to fall "Reyna!" I heard Thomas yell "Duck!" I yell and as he does I hit the crank with a pole
"We gotta find a way outta here!" Fry yelled I heard glass break behind me so turn around to see a crank jump on Newt. I quickly run back him and kick it off. I grabbed Newt's hand pulling him up to help him start running again "Thanks Reyna." He said We keep running when we make it down a hallway and start to try opening all the doors but none of them are opening
