After the champagne spray and some interviews, Charles immediately ran towards Arthur and Adeline. He picked up the french girl, holding her up in the air before giving her another big hug. Arthur watched them with a laugh, the girl clinging onto his brother in fear of being dropped.

Once Charles put her down, he immediately went to give his brother a hug, congratulating him on his own results.

"You did great, Charles." Told him the younger Monegasque. "You too, Arthur." They both gave each other a pat on the back before pulling away from the hug.

Now that the Monaco GP is finished, the British Grand Prix in Silverstone would be held soon. Adeline couldn't go to any other Grand Prix other than the home race of her two brothers, but she made sure to watch them on TV.

After the win in Monaco, she also got a text from Noel, congratulating them. He seemed very excited when he texted her, and he wanted to call as soon as possible, even though he was on vacation.

The summer holidays went by pretty quickly. She enjoyed her time with both Arthur and Charles when their Formula also started the holidays for about a month and they had a lot of fun. They'd stay up all night playing Mario Kart, watching movies, making a castle out of blankets and chairs, they even went actual karting together. The two men also may or may not let Adeline win, just so they could see that proud smile of hers.

Time flew by and before they even knew it, Noel was back in Monte-Carlo. They happily met up over and over again, walking around in the city or doing some other stuff that 13 year olds do.

They told each other everything that had happened while they were separated and it was very entertaining to say the least. When the other talked, they contently listened. They also made plans for the next school year and how they would sit next to each other again in classes.

Adeline also told Noel about her dream, knowing she could trust him with anything without being judged. Noel listened carefully to what she was saying, nodding and humming as she talked, showing he understood. They talked a little more about what the dream could've meant and if she had another dream like that. Adeline told him just how it felt like reality, how she could control what she was doing but never knew what'd happen next. Just like in real life. Noel suggested that it might've been her consciousness, but they dismissed that soon after.

The school year soon started and even though she wished she could be with her brothers during that time, they were away for the Italian Grand Prix in Monza.

Adeline would be lying if she said she wasn't excited to go back to school and see Noel again, talk with him during class and draw on each others papers or hands. She found it sweet how he would always grow red whenever she touched him to draw on his hand.

The thirteen year old was walking through the corridors when she suddenly bumped into someone. Just before she could hit the ground, she felt someone grabbing her arms and pulling her up again.

Wide eyed, she looked at an unfamiliar boy who was giving her the same look back. He had tan skin, black hair and dark eyes, a few moles in his face and a slightly bridged nose.

She noticed the guy was about as tall as her, which was pretty short for a boy her age.

"Oh- Sorry. I didn't look where i was going"The french girl had apologized to him, but noticed his quite confused look. "What?" She was now also confused.

"Ehh.. je ne parle pas frainçais" The boy let go of her and scratched his neck awkwardly. She couldn't help but notice the mexican accent in his voice. "Oh, is english better for you?" She now switched to english, hoping he'd understand because she definitely did not speak spanish.

"Ah yes, thanks. Uh, what were you saying?" Asked the boy, again, his accent quite noticeable. "Oh- yeah. Sorry for bumping into you, i didn't look where i was going." She gave him an apologetic smile.

"No worries. I'm Mateo, by the way." The boy gave her a smile which warmed her heart. "Adeline." The Mexican boy could hear the french accent and it made him smile.

"Adi!" They suddenly heard someone call out, a big smile appearing on her face before she even turned around to look who it was. She looked to her side when she felt a hand on her shoulder and the taller boy stood next to her. "Hey, who's this?" The black haired Monegasque asked, looking at the shorter boy in-front of him. "His name's Mateo." "Ah, hey. I'm Noel." The black haired boy reached his hand out to shake the others, who gave him a harsh look.

"He doesn't speak french, Noel." She said with a chuckle, the taller turning red. "Oh, sorry. I'm Noel, nice to meet you Mateo." Noel switched to english as well.

The tanned boy shook his hand, squeezing it tightly. Noel gave him a fake smile before asking. "Where are you from, if i may ask?" "México." "Sweet."

The french girl was oblivious to the small little rivalry the Mexican and Monegasque seemed to develop. Once the two boys let go of each other, they stared at each other. If looks could kill, they'd both be dead.

"Let's go, Adi. We wanna get a seat together, right?" Asked Noel, turning to look at the girl with a way softer expression, as well as speaking french again. "Oh, yeah, you're right."

"See you around Mateo, have a good day." She waved at the Mexican with a smile who returned the act.

After the two french speaking kids sat down on free seats next to each other, the boy turned to look at the girl. "You like him?" He asked her. "I think he's nice." Smiled the shorter. "Sure." The other gave a fake smile, trying not to roll his eyes. He didn't like the new student and he didn't like that he was looking at his best friend in the way he did. Noel knew exactly what that look means, because he looked at her the same way.

And eyes don't lie.
