I had never been as thankful for elementary school teachers as I was after they somehow wrangled 30 six year olds into a school bus and kept them from running around as they walked out into Oscorp.

I was once again convinced Peter was an angel. He just stood next to me, talking quickly to Wade, MJ and Ned as he practically vibrated in place.

Ms. Jeong, a lovely young woman dressed in an orange dress with red flowers all over it, smiled and asked me if I could take care of the back of the group with her. After seeing how she had calmed down a kid that had cried after he was told he couldn't take any snacks into the building, I quickly agreed.

The Oscorp building was big, disappearing up into the sky. Its cold, gray, metallic walls gleaned in the sun, seeming to shift between colors as I stared at it.

I shivered as a cold wind blew, rustling my skirt as it brushed my legs. The sound of screaming children silenced as the tour guide appeared in front of us. His figure was tall and thin, almost sickly so, warped in a gray suit that blended into the building.

"Welcome to Oscorp," He said, blue eyes looking around before settling on Peter and smiling.

As the ring on my finger burned I reached down and held Peter's hands, feeling my heart beat against my chest.

"What's wrong, Ms. Aida?" Peter asked as I let everyone else go in first, making sure we stayed in the back of the group.

"Nothing, Peter," I said, "Let's enjoy the tour."

Oscorps was pretty darn amazing, I had to admit. Considering that it was a bunch of kindergarteners on the trip, they did a really good job keeping them engaged. A bunch of interactive areas and fun projects for them to do to understand the science behind whatever it was they were doing.

However, the entire time I couldn't concentrate since I was focused on the evil tour guide that was paying way too much attention to Peter.

"Peter, look!" Wade said as he held up a strand of magnets he had put together. MJ looked over at him and smacked the structure, causing the magnets to be scattered everywhere. Wade cried out and glared at her, reaching for her structure but she kept smacking his hand away. Ned and Peter ignored them, talking to each other in whispers and giggling.

"They're precious, aren't they?" Ms. Jeong asked as she came up to me, "I love this age group."
I raised a brow at her and looked around at the children, the little balls of chaos.

"Indeed." Was all I said, not knowing how to tell her she might be insane. Ms. Jeong was a well known and respected teacher at Swann Academy, only 32 years old but already the head of the Teacher's Association and representative of all the other elementary teachers during meetings with the principal.

She was tiny, standing at 5 feet even and looked like a strong wind could blow her over. But there was an air about her that said that she could and would kick ass, no matter how cute her colorful dresses were.

"How long have you been taking care of Peter?" She asked me, looking over at where he was now trying to stop Wade from pulling MJ's hair while Ned held her back from biting Wade.

"About 6 months now." I told her as she hummed and then looked over to where the tour guide was calling us.

"We're going to the cafeteria now. There's a special lunch for the kids." He said, slimy smile wide as his bony hands gestured towards the doors. I went over to get Peter, noticing how the tour guide's dark eyes followed him.

"There's something off about him.." Ms. Jeong whispered to herself and I couldn't agree more.

We made our way over to the cafeteria, which was very busy. There were a bunch of people in suits and in white coats walking around, but there were two tables at the back that were empty.
