"At the theme park?!"
Wonhee laughs awkwardly as she scratch her cheek. "Y-yeah, it looks like it." She keeps looking at the road as she's driving the car, but I know she did it to avoid my eyes too.
I sigh, my head starts to hurt again. "Who suggested to have a date there?"
"Wooaje."
Of course.
"I did tell him that you don't like the theme park because you had bad memories with that place but Woojae said..." Wonhee clears her throat before she continues speaking with a deep voice, imitating a man's voice. " 'Then it's going to be a good opportunity because Jake Shim-ssi can help her overcome that bad memory. Imagine, a girlfriend that has bad memory with theme park, but her boyfriend made the theme park enjoyable. It'll be so sweet.' "
I gaped my mouth, can't believe that Woojae can think to that point. At this point, I'm worried about his mental state. Are you sure he's not delusional?
I slump my back against the seat tiredly. "I thought when he said that we're going to have a date, it'll only happen at restaurant."
"I also thought that way too, but Woojae said that it'll be no fun. Your date need to happen at various place so it will look convinceable." I can hear the signal's sound before the car make a turn to the right.
I know this is Woojae's job so that's why he's trying his best to make our relationship believable but sometimes I feel like I want to cut open his head and look inside his brain. Fun? He's gotta be kidding me. Any date with Jake is hell. Even the first date with him has made me have a terrible headache.
"... Are you alright, Yeonwoo? I mean, of course you're not because you're going to a theme park but I can't do anything about it. I'm just a mere manager and Woojae is the one that planned everything. I'm sorry that I didn't help you that much." Wonhee look at me apologitecally through the rear mirror.
I shakes my head and smile. "It's okay. I mean, that incident happened when I was little. I need to move on already. Thank you Wonhee, but I can do this."
Wonhee showed me a relief smile before she shift her focus back on driving as I turn my head and stares outside the window.
Two things that I hate. A date with Jake and theme park.

The day has arrived and I let out the heaviest sigh that I've ever released. I am so not excited to get change and go out for this date. But having Wonhee, my manager, living in the same house with me might be a bad decision.
She keeps knocking the door to makes sure that I've already wake up. "Go get ready, Yeonwoo. We don't have much time." She yelled from outside the door.
