Matthew's pov
"Class, quiet down, we have a new student." My first period teacher shouted over the noise.
It was taking a while for her to start class, so Sara decided to read.
Everyone looked up. Even Sara. I pretty much melted when I looked into her beautiful light blue eyes.
Shut up brain! UGH!
My inner monologue was cut off by hearing Sara shout, "Holy SHIT, You have got to be KIDDING me!"
Everyone looked at her with wide eyes, including me even though I already was.
The teacher decided to say something, "No, I assure you, Miss. Leslie, I am not.. kidding you." she put air quotes around kidding and you.
Everyone snickered before she continued, pushing up her wire rimmed glasses, "Oh yes, and you will be having detention today for cursing in my classroom."
There were more open seats, but I chose the one next to her.
"H-hi." I say awkwardly! I mean jeez I suck at talking to pretty girls!
"Hi." she replies, not looking up from her book.
I inwardly groan out of frustration and sink down into my seat.
Today was going to be a long day.

It's finally lunch time!! The school day is half way over!
As I walked into the lunch room all I saw were people staring at me.
Most of the time the guy's stares were envious and the girl's were lustful.
But there were some that were straight up hate filled-even though I didn't talk to anyone besides when I said hi to Sara.
Sara... I wonder what she's up to right now...
No! No brain, you talked to her All of two times.
I can't already like her...
