The girl sighed as she walked to the bench and sat beside a brown haired girl. Audrey didn't want to go to school but her brother made her because two boys were dumb enough to go out into the woods and ended up getting bit. Audrey could smell the nerves coming off the girl beside her making her roll her eyes. She didn't understand why people make the first day of school such a big deal all you did was go listen to a adult nag on and on and do stupid work that shows how smart or dumb you are.

Thankfully Audrey had headphones in so she couldn't hear anything the girl was saying she was just ready to get the day over with and go home. Audrey continued listening to her music until the principal came. "Hello girls sorry to keep you waiting." The man greeted causing the girls to greet back. Audrey blocked out his conversation with the other girl because she wasn't going to be here long enough to care or make friends. They continued walking down the hall until they made it to the classroom. "Alright class this is your new class mates Allison Argent and Audrey Hale." The principal introduced causing the young hale to snap her head toward the other new girl trying not to glare and claw her up. "Alright girls you can sit in any empty sit." The teacher stated turning back to the board. Huffing Audrey moved to a sit behind a boy with a crooked jaw who looked like a puppy while Allison sat behind a boy who looked like his shit didn't stink and was a big bad wolf. The girl looked down putting her bag down and pulling her book and pen out. Feeling eyes on her she quickly looked up to glare at them only to stop and it was the cute boy in front of her. "Hi, I'm Scott McCall." He whispered causing her to smile softly. "Hi, Audrey Hale. But you already knew that." She mumbled causing him to laugh quietly. "It's nice to meet you." Scott stated before turning back around with a smile on his face unaware of his best friend Stiles looking at him with a knowing look.

It was the end of the day and Audrey was putting her stuff in her locker and getting leather jacket out when she felt a present behind her. "I love those shoes where you get them?" Asked the Strawberry blonde known as Lydia Martin who was joined by Jackson and Allison. "My sister got them for me." She stated with a blank look. Like hell was she going to be caught hanging out with a hunter. "Well your officially our new best friend." She stated like it was the only opinion. "Actually, I'm not here to make friends." She stated through gritted teeth before walking away leaving Lydia, Jackson and Allison shocked, Along with the 4 boys watching from afar. Anyone would have jumped at the opportunity to be part of the popular girls friends. "Well she isn't going to make friends." Daniel Lahey stated to his best friend Grayson causing him to laugh. Earning glares from both Stiles and Scott who had actually gotten a change to talk to the girl before school ended. The boys knew once you break through the hard exterior you'd get a nice girl.

Audrey arrived at the lacrosse field just in time to see Scott and Grayson practice knowing instantly those were the werewolves she was looking for. So when she arrived home she told her brother immediately and now the two Hales were walking in the woods walking on the two boys to get their lost items. The girl had told her Derek that Scott and Stiles had been welcoming to her and asked him to be nice to them. Once the two started hearing voices they walked towards them Derek had Grayson's necklace while Audrey had Scott's Inhaler. The two stop and stood slightly waiting to be notice. Stiles noticed the siblings and quickly tapped boy Grayson and Scott shoulders alerting them. "What are you guys doing out here? This is private property." Derek stated through gritted teeth looking at Grayson with a heated glare before softening it a little at Scott. "We were just-, you know what forget it." Grayson stated about to walk away when Derek toss his necklace causing him to instantly catch it cause Grayson to walk away rolling his eye leaving his twin behind along with Stiles. Audrey walked towards Scott holding out his inhaler. "I think we need to talk, all of us." She stated looking at Derek causing him to nod. The two Hales lead the two boys to the Hale house so they could explain everything.

"Scott you remember the night you got bit?" Audrey asked softly sitting on the old couch in the house. "Yeah it was a wolf." Scott exclaimed looking at the two confused on where they were going with this. Aubrey gently grabbed Scott's hand ignoring the electricity shock. "Scott there are things in the dark their called werewolves." Audrey stated causing Scott and Stiles to look at her as if she were crazy. "No, your crazy if you think I'm actually going to believe werewolves exist!" Scott exclaimed standing up. "Really? Look at your side and tell me if the wound healed." She demanded watching as Scott yanked the patched off seeing clean skin. "Oh god." He mumbled sitting back down. "I know it's a lot to take in but I am going to help you Scott I promise." Audrey reassured the boy causing him to nod. Audrey smile softly at Scott taking his hand again and giving it a reassuring squeeze causing the boy to smile back at her. Both not noticing the look coming from the girls older brother.
