Surprise And No More Kissing

I am sitting on my bed in my shorts and t-shirt, with my legs folded and updating Liana and my scrapbook.

I am facing the wall with the door behind me and sorting out photos. It was only 10 in the morning and for some unknown reason I got up early today. Uggghhhhh! Who gets up as early as seven on a Sunday morning? After breakfast, which we did at 7:30 cause I didn't let them sleep, the guys left.

I hear the door of my room open and I know it's Liana cause she is the only one who barges into my room like that. The door closes and I ask, "Li can you pass me some sketches from the pen stand on my study?" I hear some footsteps and understand that she is getting it for me. I apply glue on the next pic and press it to the page. "I think we need to add some more pages to this scrapbook cause it's getting full, what do you think?" I ask as I feel the bed dip a little behind me.

A hand encircles my waist and then I feel her pulling me towards her. Wait, what, when did she become so strong to pull me towards her. But before I can turn to see who it is the person kisses me on my cheek, and the lips feel like.....

I swap my head to look who it is and then I shout. "Fuck. Get your hands off of me. You scared me to shit. " A shocked expression crosses his face but he slowly moves his hands from their place. "You said that you will be back only on Wednesday?" I ask getting a little confused. "Well surprise!" I roll my eyes cause I didn't get time to plan my surprise. And then the bulb lights.  

"Get down from the bed right now." I say in an angry voice. "What's wrong baby?" he asks to which I answer "Oh shut up! Get down." He looks more than shocked now but gets down from the bed and stands right in front of me. "Okay now, so you gotta help me with this." I say as he gets even more confused and asks, "Help you with what?" "See." I say as I slowly catch his hand and put both my legs on the floor to stand up.

I tremble a little but that's okay cause the leg is still a little week and it pains to move it a lot.

"Ok wait, pause, rewind and play. How did you do that?" he asks. A smile and a lot of confusion evident on his face.

I sit back on the bed and pull him using his hand asking him to come and sit near me. "Okay so, Ethan, Jon, Li and I went on this boating trip and because of some stupidity Ethan and Jon did the boat got unbalanced and we all fell into the water. I didn't wanna drown so I tried to swim but I couldn't for more than a meter or two. But I remember Liana saw me before I drowned. After that things are blank but when I gained consciousness again Liana was crying and rubbing my hands while Ethan was doing the same for my feet. Then when I again woke up I was in the hospital and some shit happened with water entering my lungs and all." He looks angry. "I'm gonna kill all of them, but first it will be Ethan." He is about to get up but I catch his arm. "Hey wait, don't go. See if I'm alive and back to normal," I say pointing towards my leg, "it's because of them. Don't tell them anything please." I plead and then smile at him.

He nods his head still a little angry but I let it drop. "I missed you Austen." I say and I pull on his shirt and look at him in the eye. "I missed you too." He says and then hugs me. We stay like that till a voice interrupts us.

"Oh look my moron is back." Says Liana as she stands and watches from the doorway. We pull back and I smile.

"Ohhh! I missed you too." Austen says as he stands up. Liana comes into the room with a lot of bags in her hand and keep them down on the floor, "Why so; you had no one there to love you as much as I love you?" She asks as she rolls her eyes. "Nope that's not the reason." He says. "Then what is?" she asks as she stands in front of him.
