We were sitting and watching a movie. Apparently, I wanted to go for a ride and to my luck Austen had got his bike. When he asked me where I wanted to go I had only one place in my mind. And here I am.

"God! This movie is such a sucker." Austen whines for the twelfth time in an hour. I roll my eyes and say, "This is so much better than the movie you wanted to watch."

We were in Austen's bedroom. He was sitting with his back resting on the headboard of his bed with his legs spread out for me to sit in between. I was resting my back against his chest and his hands were snaked around my waist.

"Ya right." Austen states in a bored tune. I turn around a little and ask, "Please explain how ummm... whatever the name of the movie was is so better than this?" He smirks and answers, "Well it will teach you so many better things to ask than to go for a ride."

I blush and look down at my hand.

I look back at him and say, "Too bad I don't have a desire to learn anything so deal with the movie that is going on." That being said, I go back to my old position and watch the movie.

Two minutes later and I can't help but smile when Austen whines again. I pick up the remote and turn off the TV.

"Okay so let's do something fun." I say as I keep the remote down and turn around to face Austen. "Really, like what?" he asks and I shrug before saying, "Anything you want to do." He smirks and I know the error I made and add, "But anything other than continuing what I started this morning."

He sighs and says, "Spoil sport." I make a face at him with my tongue out. He smiles and says, "If I were you, I wouldn't do that." And then he kisses my nose.

I pull my tongue inside my mouth once I grasp what he means. "Okay, so let's see if you like your gift." Austen says while he moves his legs a little to get up.

"Why did you get me a gift?" I ask. "I mean you just gave me the painting." He stands up and looks at me cupping my face in his hands. "Cause I like mollycoddling you." He bends down and pecks me on my lips. He moves towards his walk in closet, yes he has one.

Coming out he has a small shopping bag in his hand. He walks towards me and sits on the bed. Passing the bag he says, "Open it."

I take the bag in my hand and look into it. I put my hands in it to take out a small box. I look at him giving him a interrogative look and he says, "Don't worry it's nothing overpriced. It's simple, just the way you like it." I smile at him and open the box.

"This is gorgeous." I say looking at the delicate chain in the box and running my index fingers through the pendant. It a necklace in gold with a thin chain and a heart with a haywire type design. The haywire meets in the center to give it a messed up look.

I look up at him and he smiles and says, "Thank god you like it! It took me an entire four hour walk through the mall to find you a flawless something. And before you ask, no it's not expensive." He slowly takes the necklace from its box and unclasps it. Standing up he offers me his hand and I stand up placing my hands in his. He goes behind me and rests the pendant on my neck. I remove my hair from my neck so he can clasp the chain back.

"This is more than beautiful Austen. Thank you." I say as he comes and stands in front of me.

He sits on the bed his back against the headboard and pats at the place he's made in between his legs. I go sit there and rest my head on his left shoulder.

"Austen don't." I shout as he puts the second ice cube in the back part of my top. I writhe as it slides down my back.

I started this fight by keeping an ice cube from the iced tea on his nose, when he slept while we were watching movie, which we continued watching because Austen was comfortable with me sitting like how we were.
