I saw him walk acrossed. Smiling so candid. Sparks dancing in his eyes.
He knelt to the ground.
“Chloe, I love you and that’s all I really know.” his sweet voice I heard. “Can you be my girlfriend?”
I looked at his face, his crooked nose, his kissable lips, his eyes that never lie. I see the guy who never fails to make me smile, the man who brings out the best in me whenever he teaches me art, the man who makes me check my phone from time to time, the man who makes the flowers more beautiful to me, man who put rhythms to the songs, the man who made my valentine’s day lovely, the man who makes my world divine. Who could say NO to this gentleman?

“Good morning lovely ladies!” I hollered the moment I entered the classroom and saw SINIC.
“Wow! Ang saya mo ha! Anong meron?” Queenie asked.
“Wala naman, I just had a good breakfast!” I know it’s nonsense not to tell them right away coz they will know eventually but I just want to keep this to myself for now.
“Talaga lang ha! Baka naman kayo na ni Louis ha?”
I coughed. Teka mukhang mababasa pa ata ni Suzy ang iniisip ko ah!
“Ha? Hindi ah. Wala pang ganyan.”
“Eh kung ganun, ano na nga bang score sa inyo ni Louis ha? Grabe yang teleserye nyo eh! Ilang buwan ko ng sinusubaybayan wala pa rin sa climax! Sarap tuloy patayin nung TV, pati yung bidang babae!”
“Grabe ka talaga Suz! Ang aga-aga patay agad sinasabi mo!” sabi ni Lauren. “Pero seriously Cj, kelan mo ba sasagutin si Mr. TOO-GOOD-TO-BE-TRUE ha?”
HAHAHA! Ang aga ng usapang pag-ibig! Sabagay February pa naman ngayon, patapos na nga lang.
“Basta malapit na!” I hinted.
“Hay naku! Kelan kaya yang malapit na? Cj, almost 4months ng nanliligaw ung pinsan ko oh?”
“Sorry ka Jacky! Gusto pa ata ni Chloe sungkitin ni Louis ang mga bituin sa langit at ialay sa kaniya. Hmp! Pahard much girl!” Suzy said.
“Guys, let’s hear her side first! Baka naman may reason di ba?” Patricia said. “Pero Chloe, tell us may kulang pa ba? I mean tuwing nagkukwento ka okay na okay naman, you seemed to be thrilled whenever we talk about him, actually akala nga namin baka S.O na kayo eh?”
“Hah? No! Bakit ko naman isesecret sa inyo na kami na? Hello? What’s the point?’
“Eh ano nga? Bakit till now jan pa rin kayo sa ligawan stage?” Lauren asked exasperated.
“Ano pa bang kailangan gawin ni Kuya Louis para sagutin mo na siya?”
“Hmmm. Siguro kapag hinarana niya ako! Hahaha!” I joked. Of course decided na ako today na sasagutin ko siya. I just really don’t want to tell these girls yet kasi baka ihint nila si Louis, gusto ko ako naman ang magsurprise sa kaniya! J
“What? Seryos--”
“GOODMORNING CLASS!” and our conversation ended. Saved by the bell! J
