Wooah!!!! We got UNO!
We stormed outside the hall shouting, smiles on our faces. This calls for a celebration! Yey!
After Jacky introduced Louis to Suzy, Patricia, Queenie and some of our girlfriends who was obviously eager to know him. We went to our favorite kainan MATNOG; a two storey sizzling house with atleast 10 -20 set of tables. Jacky force Louis to come with us and she was good at it.
And I wished she was not. Well maybe not.
The girls kept on teasing me and Louis while eating, like we are destiny and we look good together. But honestly, there was a slight kilig in me especially when Lauren asked him if Im pretty and he said yes and that any man would like me. Gosh, it's not the first someone says I'm pretty but it's the spark in his eyes that is so sincere, parang walang halong bola at sinasabi niya talaga sa akin yun.
I thought she'll stop but Lauren asked a follow up question.
"Eh kung may pag-asa ka, liligawan mo ba siya?"
"Ano ka ba Lauren, that's below the belt!" I said blushing like a ripe tomatoe.
Well, I am not really mad about her asking that but what if he says 'NO?', ewan ko pero thinking of that made me feel sad. Oh maybe it's pride.
But what if he says 'YES?'.
And my question was answered when he spoke.
"Oo naman, like what I said Chloe is beautiful and......."
and what? My heart jumping.

The girls shouted a huge "Ayheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee."
But me? I felt like melting and I hoped I really did because the kind of stare he gave me when he spoke.. Oh gosh it's like he's looking within me, like he's reading my eyes.
Mas lalo pa nila kaming inasar, they even asked me kung may pag-asa daw ba si Louis if ever.
"Ha? ewan ko. Ano ba kayo? Nakakahiya na kay Louis oh.." sagot ko. OhmyGosh. Bakit ba nila kailangan pang tanungin yun?
Nahalata na rin siguro ng mabubuti kong kaibigan na hindi na ako komportable sa pang-aasar nila kaya iniba na nila ang usapan. They switched it to our plans for this coming sembreak. Jacky suggested a night swimming, Lauren said mag Enchanted Kingdom na lang daw, si Suzy gusto bar hopping at si Patricia sabi sa bahay na lang daw nila, sa Antipolo. Magsleep-over daw kami. Si Queenie naman walang sinabi, just like me. Parang naconcsious kasi ako bigla na magsalita. All throughout the chitchat, Louis seldom talk. He just nod, smile and say few words. Can't blame him; lipstick, dress and boys are just out of his interest.
After maybe two hours of talking and talking, we said our goodbyes to each other because it was already late. Jacky and I live in the same area so sabay kami lagi umuwi, which means kasabay ko silang dalawa ni Louis ngayon. It was a very awkward trip home, although Jacky and I were talking napapatingin ako minsan sa direksyon ni Louis who was seated opposite to us. Minsan, nahuhuli ko siyang nakatingin sa akin at pag nangyayari yun ngumungiti lang siya.
"ingat ka Chloe ha.." sabi niya ng pumara na ako and gave me a smile. So this guy smiles a lot.
"ahhh. thank you. Kayo rin, ... ni Jacky." I said and I stormed off the bus.
