Qyn started to think about what she found when finding her saber once more; if she could find this, what else was the order hiding deep in their headquarters. Walking down another hallway, she kept her force up just enough to sense the people around her that were looking for her, she made extra sure that Kylo wasn't anywhere near her to find her so easily; there was just something about him that made her feel uneasy yet somehow drawn to him at the same time, like fighting between light and dark.
She honestly didn't want to admit how much Kylo reminded Qyn of herself in some way in a male form, only she was more sarcastic and blunter with her answers and choice of actions; while Kylo was more likely to think of a plan and find the best route through it with the best outcome he could get.
Walking quickly down the halls of metal she kept up a good pace to keep clear from any stormtrooper or Kylo; her gut feeling was making her head spin with crazy ideas that could be logic in their own sense, she needed to find the room fast before heading out to the hanger and take a jet to get the hell out of this place and collect Rey to return to Jakku or maybe somewhere else where the order won't find them anywhere. Qyn heard a trooper behind the corner she was walking up to, and she needed to ask him questions about the room she seeks, hiding behind the corner wall she slowly reaches out her hand to hold him still with her force not giving him a chance to fire his weapon or attack her in any other way.
"Where do you keep old weapons?" she asked when standing behind him, making sure she stayed out of eyes sight.
"Why should I tell you, scum?" he snarled at her trying to fight against her hold, but Qyn was having no patience today with anyone.
"Where?" she growled or more liked hissed was the term to use when her eyes flashed again.
Even if the trooper couldn't see her eyes, her voice was enough to make him shiver with fear when hearing such an animalistic sound coming from the woman behind him.
"Down the right hall and to the left twice, you'll find a door labeled archive" the man said in a hurry, not wishing to anger Qyn longer than she already is with the lack of corporation.
"Now that wasn't so hard" she chuckled dryly before hitting the trooper in the back of the head to knock him out cold.
Leaving the man on the ground behind her, she started following the directions she was given to her; making sure to go down the hall to the right and then twice to the left, she was soon met with a door labeled archive; slicing the door open with her saber she didn't hesitate to start ripping down the boxes that were on the shelves. She needed to find the object she was looking for and her gut was telling her it was here, she didn't know why she needed to find it; might have been for some sort of closure or for some sort of purpose, Qyn honestly didn't know why she needed to find it. Reaching up to a high shelf she ripped down another box hoping to find it, letting it hit the ground she was greeted by a metal thud which caught her attention.
Dropping to the floor herself she dug into the pile in front of her, searching like a mad woman for evidence; the moment her fingertips touched metal made her blood run cold, she froze in place for a moment before she closed her eyes when taking the weapon into hands holding it tightly in her hands.
"Father, where's mother?! Why did you do this?!!! FATHER STOP IT!!! BASTARD!!!!"
The voice of her smaller left until her teenage years echoed in her mind when she held the saber of her fathers in her hands; her hands shook violently when remembering this was the same saber that killed her mother, her friends and the saber that left so many scars on her body in training. Looking at it now, she thought this thing was lost forever, being the deadliest weapon that anyone has ever wielded since the empire arose to power.
Taking out her mother saber, she held them both together; looking at them together she once knew her parents once felt something for each other once upon a time, but once her father broke away from the one rule her mother's people followed everything changed. But the sabers still connected together just like they were designed to be it was almost made her sick that they made these two sabers together so that they were always together even when apart. Qyn growled when she stood up and marched out of the room, hating that she was taking her father's saber with her and not leaving it her to rot away like he is now; but a part of her didn't wish to let go of her father, of those good memories she still held as a child.
Feeling the faint auror of the force lingering in the air; Kylo followed it down the hall to be brought to a broken door to the old archive objects the order has collected for future use in new weapons. The room was trashed beyond belief when he saw the many boxes scattered on the floor and their objects mixed together like a puzzle a child couldn't solve and left it like this for later to finish.
"What were you looking for, little minx" Kylo spoke to himself when staring at the room in front of him; sensing her force still lingering in the air that he has been following the moment she escaped.
"Sir, sensors triggered in hanger 718; we're searching the area" a trooper broke his train of thoughts about Qyn when bringing up the matter at hand when they may have found where she might be.
"She's just beginning to unleash her powers; the longer it takes to find her the more dangerous she becomes" he spoke to the trooper knowing that her force was stronger, stronger than his if she unleashed it all out at once and he needed to find her and try to bring her over to the dark side to win this war completely.
Qyn rushed down another hallway trying to find the quickest way out, but with everyone on alert things were becoming difficult to find a clear route to find a way out; but her force sensed something outside the building she was in and worry took over her body when she knew this feeling very well.
"Damn it, Rey" she rushed down the hall again to follow the source of Rey's force power she could feel, the last thing she needed was her sister to be here and make things harder for everyone involved.
"Sir, she was not found in hanger 718 but all troops are on alert" an officer met Kylo in another part of the building to report that Qyn was not in the hanger they were searching.
"Put every hanger on lock down, she's going to try to steal a ship to escape.......Han Solo?" he ordered for the lock down knowing what she planned to do only to stop midway through when slightly looking over her shoulder at the new sense he felt on the planet now, only to figure out who it was that fueled an anger that was rising inside of him by the second.
It was only a matter of time before everything around them, would turn to chaos; no one knew just how much chaos would arise when things were about to take a turn for the worse.
