*TRIGGER WARNING, KIND OF :/ DONT READ IF YOURE NOT A BULLY KIND OF STORY PERSON*
(Your P.O.V.)

Once again, it was Monday. You spent all weekend hidden away in your room, stalking your favorite bands on Twitter and Instagram. Sleeping With Sirens were already done with their tour, but you still wished you could go meet them. Who doesn't?

You finally decide to get up and turn off your alarm clock and get dressed for school. You grab a pair of maroon skinny jeans and a black hand grenade Green Day shirt. Your socks have little bunnies on them, but no one will see them through your worn out black converse.

A warming smell floods your nose, and you rush downstairs for breakfast after brushing your teeth.

"You're up early." Your (single) father states as he stands there in his navy blue bath robe while cooking eggs.

Confused, you look at the clock on the stove and see that you got up an hour early. There is only one explanation for your alarm clock going off early.

"MICHAEL!" You scream and run upstairs to his bedroom. You could tell he just got up considering he was sitting on his bed with only his boxers on. He looked at you and laughed. You run over to him and tackle him off the bed, pinning him to the ground.

"You sure are strong for my little baby sister." He coos and flips you two over. "But not strong enough." He gets up and fixes his pants and goes into the bathroom across the hall.
"I will just get him back later." You think to yourself.

Since you have an hour to do whatever, you decide on making yourself look more decent. Maybe it'll get attention of the queen bee and make her jealous.

You walk out of Michael's room and go to yours. Your room was the smallest room in the house. Next year when Michael leaves for college, you are going to take his room.

After straightening your hair and putting on a few bracelets to cover up your pale wrists, which you almost forgot, you look in the mirror. You don't mean to do it. It sort of started one day when you were cutting apples up for your little cousin and you were cutting towards yourself. You didn't mean to get your wrist, but after that it just carried on. You found a blade over the sink in the kitchen and realized that the pain helped you forget all the mean people at school and in the real world.

Then you remember. Great. The first Monday back from Spring Break is always the worst. The biggest bully, also known as Ashton Irwin, pushed you around every day. You dreaded going to school today but knew you'd have to face it eventually.

With mom gone and no one to help dad with the budget, you couldn't afford to move or transfer schools. You would be stuck here for one more year and there is nothing you could do about it.

"Children! Breakfast is ready!" Dad yelled from downstairs. You hear Michael run downstairs and you unplug the straightener.

Michael and dad were already sitting at the table with plates full of eggs, bacon, and a biscuit. There was another plate on the opposite side of the table, right where you liked it.

"Nice socks." Michael says and you throw a piece of your scrambled egg at him. It hits his nose and bounces onto the plate. Your dad didn't seem to notice so Michael tries to throw it back, but he gets caught. Your father scolds him as you laugh evilly.

After finishing your food, you put your plate in the sink and look at the clock.
"Come on Michael! We need to leave!" You shout to your older brother and run upstairs to grab your bag and keys.

Tying your shoes, Michael comes up to you and knocks you over.
"What was that for, buttface?" You say and look up at him.
"Two things. 1, that was payback. 2, be careful at school today. I know what people say and do are mean, but believe me, it'll get better. I'm sorry I can't always be there when it happens, and that I can't do anything about it when I am there. Just... please be careful." He says and slips his other shoe on and heads out to the car.

You get up and go out to your car. The drive was awkwardly quiet. We pulled up to the school and Michael got out and ran to his friends. If only your friends went to this school. They all live on the other side of town, and they go to private school. Which your dad could never afford.

You walk to your locker and grab your things for period 1-3. The day couldn't go by any slower. Finally it got to lunch and you were called to the office. You weren't really worried considering you were very smart and called to the office frequently for all good things.

You walked in and saw the principle standing there waiting for you. She brought you into the back room where she talks to her students. Inside you saw Mr. Dylan and Ashton Irwin sitting in chairs. There was an empty chair next to Ashton.

"Take a seat. We have something to talk about." She pauses before sitting in her char. "If you don't mind, of course."

You look at Ashton and he is glaring at you, but you sit anyways. You look at him and make a questioning gesture as if asking "Why are we in here?". He looks at you and shrugs, as if saying he doesn't know.

"So, Y/N, your GPA is very high for your age and your effort in school is outstanding." She pulled out a folder and placed it on the desk in front of you.
"What does that have to do with Ashton and Mr. Dylan?" You ask, hoping she wouldn't say what you thought she was going to say.
"Ashton on the other hand," she continues and ignores you. "he needs some help in a few classes. Especially in Mr. Dylan's class."

"That is why I am here." Mr. Dylan speaks up. "I thought it would be a good idea for you to tutor Ashton and help him get his grades up."
Exactly what you thought they would say.
"What?!" You and Ashton shout at the same time. He looks at you with a disgusted look, but it quickly changes once he realizes he made it.
"Y/N, it will not only benefit Ashton, but you too. You will be given extra credit in Mr. Dylan's class and a few free credits, depending on how well Ashton's GPA increases." Mrs. Argentina speaks up.

The four of you sat in silence, waiting for you to decide. Out of all people it had to be Ashton, but I guess that's what happens when you live in a cliche world.

Ashton looks at you with an unreadable look and you nod your head.
"I guess I could tutor him."
Ashton then speaks up. "I don't really need a tutor. She doesn't need to tutor me. I'm perfectly fine. I can raise my grade on my own. We can all go home an-"
"Ashton, I'm afraid it's too late for that. You need a tutor, and one is here. Now, you two need to start studying as soon as possible. You are dismissed."

The two of you look at each other and groan, then head off to the next period.
