𝐿𝑜𝓋𝑒 𝑜𝒻 𝓂𝓎 𝓁𝒾𝒻𝑒|𝐿𝑒𝒶𝒽 𝒲𝒾𝓁𝓁𝒾𝒶𝓂𝓈𝑜𝓃

𝟦𝟢|𝒜𝓇𝓃𝑜𝓁𝒹 𝒞𝓁𝒶𝓇𝓀 𝒞𝓊𝓅 𝓈𝑒𝓃𝒹 𝑜𝒻𝒻 𝓅𝓉 𝟤

Lucas Pov 

The girls had arrived. Leah was giving some of the girls who haven't seen the house a tour. I was stood outside getting the bbq ready. I was joined by Rachel and Millie "So Luke how's it going being back" Millie asked "You know it's great I mean I haven't been able to play for a while then I managed to come back and play a few games after my injury only to then do my hamstring and not being able to play for a short amount of time but it is brilliant being back" I said "I bet you were getting sick of being at the Arsenal games" Rachel said with a laugh " i am especially when I saw Beth and Viv tore their acl was devastated for both of them when they got took of the pitch I ran to medical  because I knew how they felt and when I did mine i had no one there i just felt alone and i didn't want them to feel the same as I did" I said "Is that me your talking about Luke" I heard Beth say as I turned around to see her behind me "of course, daly dose of brightness asked me if i'm sick of being at the arsenal games" I said "and what did you say" I heard Leah say as she put her arms around my torso, I turned around to put my arm round her shoulder " I said i am when the star players are getting injured" I said and looked at her "I hope that there are no more injuries, don't think I could cope" Leah said 

Leah grabbed everyone a drink and put the music on, the sun was glaring, I quickly went to my bedroom and put some shorts on. I went back down stairs the house was empty as all the girls were out the back, on my way out to the garden I grabbed some of the food to start the bbq. I made my way outside with the burgers and chicken "Do you want a hand Luke" Mary asked "Yeah can do, if you wouldn't mind getting me some plates to put the stuff on" I asked "Yeah sure" Mary said as she went to the kitchen and came back with the plates 

"Luke you know even though we haven't spoke for a while, I'll always be here for you" she said "Yeah I know, what brings this on" I asked as Ella and Alessia came over "Well, we have all been there for Leah, we haven't really reached out to you so us manny girls thought that we would let you know that we are here for you no matter how far we are" Alessia said "Thank you, that means a lot. But i am fine, it's Leah I want to be ok, because if she is ok then I will be ok" I said "We know but, we don't want you to think you have no one" Ella said "I know I appreciate it thanks girls" I said as they huddled round me for a hug 

A little while later the food was ready and all the girls we're sat enjoying the food, there wasn't enough seats so I stood behind Leah eating my food, Leah had finished her food so she got up from her seat "babe sit down while your eating your food" She said "It's fine i'm nearly done anyway" I said "Just sit down" she argued "alright" I said as I sit down in defeat. 

Leah came back with a two beers in hand one for me and one for her. She handed me the drink and sat down on my lap "That was the tactic wasn't it, for me to sit down so you could sit on my lap" I said as she smirked "So Lucas your back" LJ said "Oh yeah baby, never been so happy in my life" I said "I'm glad your back, Reece has been getting annoying always asking me to ask Leah how long until your back" LJ said and everyone Laughed "why can't he just text me, dingo" I said.

Over the course of the night we all eventually made our way inside as it was getting chilly, we sat in the front room some of us on the sofa and some of us on the floor, I was sat on the arm of the chair. Mary was in the middle of telling embarrassing stories of me and Leah during the euro's camp "Omg, girls remember that time that Leah was pissed because Less fancied Luke for a brief time and he was completely oblivious" Mary laughed "Mary did you have to" Alessia said "Sorry it was just funny, Leah didn't talk to Luke for hours" she said "She didn't even let me cuddle her when we were sleeping she was that mad" I said "I was not that mad" Leah protested "Yes you were" I said "I wasn't" she said I gave up arguing with her as I knew it would cause another arguments. 

"right well anyway, changing the subject I want to say a few things to you guys" I said as I stood up in front of the girls "right I know for some of you girls this is probably your first tournament and let me tell you, you will have the best time ever, these girls are the best people you could have in your team. Being a Lioness isn't just about football, it's about being a family. During my time in the summer it was probably the best summer I have ever had, the memories that I have from that camp will last forever. Of course there isn't anything better than being with the three lions but last summer was just a historic one and that made it the best. Watching these girls achieve something people thought was impossible and watching so many thousands of people come and watch the girls will be forever something. Especially me being absolutely shit faced in trafalga square. But what i am trying to say is that you will have the best time and make the best memories you could possibly make, so go out there and bring that trophy back again" I said as I quickly sat down

It wasn't long after that people went to bed, some of the girls went with beth and some went with lotte. Which left us with Kiera, Lucy, Georgia,Mary, Alessia and Ella, this meant that I was in for a long night. Now this is probably how the night is going to go. Kiera and Georgia are going to be in their room with Lucy probably really hyperactive this means Lucy will get annoyed and shout at them telling them to either shut up or come to our room. Which they will no doubt, so they will then come into my room and sleep in here with me and Leah, they will then kick me out of the bed so then i'm probably forced to sleep with Lucy or Mary. 

And not long after I was right, they came into the room, so rather than me getting kicked out of my own room I left saying night to the girls and went and slept on the couch. It took me a while to get to sleep at some point during the night Leah came and joined me as when I woke up in the morning i felt a weight on top of me presuming it was Leah

Once the other girls were up, which was a struggle for some, I made them breakfast before going into the gym to do a work out, the girls were chatting in the front room when I walked through to go and head for a shower. I came back down and sat next to Lucy, We were all talking about the wedding and how they couldn't wait for the hen night which I could tell Leah was worried about seeing as Kiera is her Maid of Honour and well I knew Lucy was going to do something to embarrass me no matter what it is. So I was preparing myself fo that. 

It wasn't long before the girls left, all of them going back home to see their families before the tournament began. Leah and i sat down and planned the wedding more. Booking the venue, flowers, cake, catering whatever it is you name it. 

we spent the rest of our evening at Amanda's house, my dad and mum joined us as they were in london for the week and came to visit us whilst they were here.
