(England's Point of View)

"We interrupt this program for some breaking news!" the radio boomed. Seriously? I thought, angrily. Everyday, it's just more and more terrible news. "We are standing outside of the Whittaker family house to bring you this sad piece of news about missing 16-year-old Avery's father, who has recently passed away. Police say that he committed suicide by hanging himself, and left a note for his missing daughter. In the note, he apologizes to her for abusing her and not trying hard enough in her childhood." I froze. What the hell is wrong with human beings these days? I wondered, trying not to be concerned for the poor girl. I noticed Avery was watching, too, as she slowly placed her fork and knife down. "I-I'll be right back," she stuttered, excusing herself from the table.

(Avery's Point of View)

I stared at the screen, demanding an answer for why Supernatural was being interrupted. It didn't take long for the reporter to bring bad news about my story of being missing. I completely shut down when I heard my dad killed himself. I almost cried when I heard his note to me being read on national (make that international) television. I left the room, probably raising suspicions from the other countries. I hurried into my room, only to get a message from Caroline. It read: "I'm sorry about your father." I replied with: "Thank you. I just found out, and I've no idea what to do."

"Where are you?"

"I have no idea, but I'm unharmed, so that's good."

"How do you feel right now?"

"Like shit. I feel like my dad's death is all my fault."

"You and I both know it's not your fault. You can always talk to me."

"Okay. Thanks Caroline."

"What else are best friends for?"

"Good point."

I turned off my phone, grabbed a pillow, shoved my face into it, and sobbed.

(Italy's Point of View)

"Does anyone think that Avery is acting weird?" America asked. "Yeah," England replied. "She's been awfully quiet." "I hope she's okay, da," Russia muttered. "Si, me too," I agreed. "Should we look for her and ask her what's up?" a quiet voice asked. "Ah!" Germany screamed. "Ghost!" "I'll-a save you, Doitsu!" I beamed. "Go away, ghost!" "How many times have I told you not to call me zat!" Germany shouted. "You guys are assholes," Canada sighed as Russia stood up. "I know!" America boasted. "Iggy, Canadia, and I will look for her!" "Don't call me that!" England and Canada pouted. "Can I-a look too?" I asked. "Nein!" Germany shouted.
