Hey guys (and gals)! Sorry that I haven't been posting lately. I was busy the past few days and whenever I did have the chance to write, I had no inspiration whatsoever. Sorry for any inconveniences. The next chapter will most likely become the backstory for a prequel of this story.

"Listen to me, dudette," America murmured, placing a firm hand on my shoulder. "Those guys are spawns of the devil himself. Don't ever go near them, got it?" I nodded and replied, "Yes, Alfie." "V-Ve need to tell jou somesing else, liebe," Germany sighed. "About jour moser."

(America's Point of View)

"You knew my mom?" AJ gasped, turning to face England. "Si," Italy replied, his smile fading away. "Now I know why that cupcake loving bastard killed her," AJ sighed. "For revenge." "Hai," Japan nodded. "When she was onry nine years ord, she ferr into some portar that read to our rearm. Oriver needed her for her powers, but we refused to ret him come anywhere near her. One day, he kidnapped her, and nearry kirred her. When we returned her home, he vowed to get revenge on us and her." I noticed AJ trying to hold back tears as Japan continued with the story, and I grabbed her free hand, trying to comfort her.

"And to him, revenge was killing her?" she asked. "Oui," France nodded slowly. "And non." "What are you talking about?" she asked, confused. "Before your mother died," France explained reluctantly. "Our 2ps! decided to get revenge on her by killing her grandmother, mother, and brothers. Her grandmother didn't die in her sleep, she ingested poison from a bowl of pasta Luciano made for her. Your grandmother was shot and killed by Lutz. Your mother's oldest brother didn't die of cancer, he died due to a mistake in his treatment caused by Yang. Her other brother slipped and fell from a 10-story building when Mathieu poured gasoline on the ground of the balcony. I'm terribly sorry, mon cherie."

AJ leaned her head on my shoulder, trying to fight back tears. "Why didn't you tell me sooner?" she asked quietly. "That's only the beginning, love," England sighed, wishing he didn't have to say anything. "Your mother was no ordinary person. She had extraordinary powers, far from what Norway, Romania, or I could ever achieve. After she was returned home, we secretly watched her until she turned 17 to find out if she was a country. Unfortunately, she was not. When you were born, however, we found a glimmer of hope." "At least for us," a cheerful voice interrupted. All 5 Nordics stood in the doorway until China let them in. "We lost our sister Greenland hundreds of years ago," Finland gave a weak smile. "When we first met your mother, she reminded us so much of her," Iceland sighed. "We were devastated, until you arrived," Denmark smiled. "Wherever this is heading, I don't like it," AJ frowned. "You might as well tell me." "If you say so," Norway sighed. "You're, um..." "Not, uh..." Denmark began, losing his train of thought intentionally.

"H'w do w' put th's? (How do we put this?)" Sweden asked. "Go on with it already, you bastards!" Romano shouted. "You're not human, AJ," Iceland mumbled, hoping no one could hear him. "You're a country, like us!" Finland smiled, secretly regretting telling her. "I'm a WHAT?" AJ screamed, tears rolling down her face.

Please don't kill me if Sve's accent isn't perfect (I seriously had no idea how to do it, I just guessed), I tried. So, it turns out AJ is actually a country! Which one? Find out in the next chapter! Hasta la Pasta! ;)
