Leading Inko through the gate, Izumi was happy and content, more than she let on. Inko was the definite number 1 mom to her, but Mesilva, even though their time together was short, was like a second mother. Especially after the familiar parental worry Inko and Mesilva shared. One didn't want her to leave her room unless she was safe, and the other made sure to give her things to make sure no matter what she would be safe.
Inko, was conflicted. Her daughter had awakened her quirk after a week of continuous problems. After Hizashi didn't return for an hour, even though the hospital was only 10 minutes away, she decided to drive over herself, borrowing Mitsuki's car to do so. When she looked through the parking lot and didn't find the car though, her stress began to rise.
Leading onto a day-long chase, the police, a crazed Inko, and a concerned Mitsuki tracked the Midoriya car to a small trail that ran through the nearby forest. Using some tracker quirks, the police followed the trail until it reached a small cave that locals swore never existed. Going inside, the trail ended upon the room that Izumi had been tied in, and nearly died in. Hizashi's trail ended there, and according to Izumi, he fell into hell, literally. Mitsuki had wished Inko luck and had accompanied her in visiting the cave every day she could, but her job soon took up too much time, leaving Inko on her own to wait there.
It had been an agonizing 3 days before Izumi seemingly appeared out of thin air, wearing a woven grass dress, that after listening to Izumi's reluctance to remove it, seemed to be made from a quirk, and was powerful at that. Inko's suspicious soon turned to Mesilva, with whom Izumi had spent that week recovering.
So, she did what any mother would do, and asked Izumi if she could meet her. Inko expected Izumi to say no. Afterall, she appeared out of thin air, so Inko doubted Izumi could make it go both ways. However, after a small moment where Izumi seemed to concentrate, scrunching up her face, she beamed, and waved her hands excitedly.
Before Inko, grew out the forest gate that first brought Izumi to and from Mesilva. The gate matched Izumi's appearance too much, and before she knew it, Izumi had dragged her through, with no apparent care for danger. Inko observed the new area she had been brought to, which was a large forest, not very different from the one Izumi had been dragged to.
However, the trees were species across the world, and many were extinct, or didn't exist. Glowing blue mushrooms littered the forest floor, and paying attention the the surroundings, Inko could sense dozens if not hundreds of small, and medium animals living harmoniously.
Rabbits, Chipmunks, Squirrels, foxes, wolves, any forested land animal Inko could think of, they were there, in groups, playing alone, or joshing around with other species. Inko's impression of the forest was a serene peaceful place where nothing could go wrong, and even if it did, no one would capitalize on it.
Following the guiding hand of an excited Izumi, she eventually arrived at the cabin Izumi had called home for a week. Izumi was quick to knock on the door, happy and excited to introduce Mesilva to her mother. They both seemed the same, so Izumi was sure they'd get along. Izumi couldn't, and neither could Mesilva, who opened the door, arms wide open. Her hair was a bit of a mess since she had run around in a dash to make a neat appearance, but other than that her form was open and motherly.
She had ditched the long, flowy dress that seemed to merge with the forest itself, instead opting for a shorter dress, made of weaved grass, much like Izumi's. Her dress was as well adorned with mushrooms and the center had her mark, which was also on Izumi's palm. To complete her look, and rabbit had made its home on her head, balling up to rest as it nibbed on the ever-growing hair Mesilva had to deal with.
"Ah. Welcome back child."
Giving headpats and hugging the excitable child, she gestured for Inko to come in as well with a gentle nod and a slight wave of her hand. The inside furniture was still mahogany and grown out of the ground, but now having been changed to fit 2 guests instead of one. The cabin as well had grown warm orange luminescent moss, flooding the room with warm lights that only seemed to accentuate the calm of this domain.
