Hanbin and Hao leave their practice room, shower at home, and change into clean shorts and tank-tops before they meet with Seobin Hyung and Ji-Ung Hyung in Ji-Ung's room. Matthew's there too, which Hanbin should have expected since they live together, but somehow it still surprises him.

"Seobin Hyung, you were good on MCountdown! I didn't get to see you that day, so I couldn't tell you," Matthew calls as he pulls flavored water out of the fridge. Ji-Ung Hyung has plenty of soju on the table for them, but Matthew supplies them each with a glass of flavored water with ice. It's blistering out lately, and all of them are in shorts and tank-tops even with the AC going.

"Thank you. I thought Zerobaseone was the best performance that day, though," Seobin Hyung replies with a sweet smile. Matthew smiles back cheerfully, and Hanbin looks between them and develops a new theory as to why Ji-Ung Hyung is always looking at Matthew with such fondness.

Just then Gunwook pokes his head through the door and Matthew turns his bright smile on him next.

"Gunwook-ah, are you drinking with us?"

"Ji-Ung Hyung invited me," Gunwook says, ducking his head a little. He's so much taller than Matthew that it has no effect, though, other than to look polite. Hanbin watches them together and finds himself wondering yet again.

"Be careful, okay? I'm sure your tolerance is much lower than these hyungs."

"Ji-Ung Hyung's more of a lightweight than you'd think." Seobin Hyung glances at Ji-Ung Hyung. "But I think Hao and I are probably the best drinkers in the group. Hanbin's face was completely red last time we drank together."

"I get alcohol flush*," Hanbin agrees. "I'm not a good drinker."

"He's so cute..." Hao Hyung mutters, tweaking Hanbin's cheek with one hand. "My blushy boy."

Gunwook bites back a smile as he sits down between Ji-Ung Hyung and Hao Hyung.

"Thanks for inviting me." Gunwook looks pleased. "I thought this was hyungs only."

"Why are you here?" Matthew wonders as he sits down next to Hanbin. "I thought it was a hyung night, too. You're a little young for drinking games."

Gunwook turns pink and Ji-Ung Hyung says smoothly, "Seobin's very popular. Gunwook wanted to meet him, too."

Seobin Hyung smiles at Gunwook knowingly, and Gunwook returns his smile, still acting much shyer than Hanbin is used to him being when he's just with the Zerobaseone members.

"Okay, don't drink too much," Matthew says again, eyeing Gunwook. "In Canada you have to be nineteen to drink. So you'd still be illegal there."

"I'm legal here," Gunwook reassures him.

"Barely," Matthew reminds him. He looks at the hyungs. "What are we playing?"

Ji-Ung Hyung makes eye contact with Hanbin.

"I think we were going to start off with a singing game since our Gunwook-ah joined us."

Hanbin was nervous, but also a little excited to play a dirty drinking game with the hyungs. That's off the table now that Gunwook's here. Also, Matthew might feel weird about it. But he'd also likely just go to bed if things got... too gay.

"Yes, let's do the singing game."

Ji-Ung Hyung, Gunwook, and Seobin Hyung are all quite good at the first game. They go in a circle, rotating who gets to pick the song, and then they each sing a verse until someone gets the lyrics incorrect. Matthew and Hao Hyung are understandably not as good at the game -- even though both of them have excellent knowledge of K-Pop songs, the lyrics are all in their second language, so it's more difficult to remember them correctly. Matthew just makes ridiculous things up half the time, often causing Ji-Ung Hyung to fall over with laughter.
