As I walk up to the large gate with an even larger smile I glance at Carl, who looks at an abandoned building, he looks like he saw a ghost I pull on his arm.

"C'mon you goof!" I grin. He nods.

"Yeah, sorry." He says with a smile.

Something knocks over a trash can and everyone aims their guns at it, I laugh as we realize it was just an animal. The gate then opens and someone stares awkwardly.

"We brought dinner." Daryl says, holding the possum with an arrow through it's body. I gag.

"It's okay." Aaron reassures the man. "Come on in guys." I run in excitedly with a huge smile still on my face.

"Woah. This place is HUGE!" I announce.

"Before we take this any further I need you all to turn over your weapons." The man says. "Stay, you hand them over."

"We don't know if we WANT to stay." Rick says.

"Speak for yourself." I say, bracing to hand my weapons over before Carl stops me, I sigh.

"It.. It's fine Nicholas." Aaron reassures.

"If we were gonna use them, we'd have started already." Rick states.

"Let them talk to Deanna first." Aaron says.

"Who's Deanna?" Abraham asks.

"She knows EVERYTHING you'd want to know about this place." Aaron replies. "Rick, why don't you start?"

A walker approaches. "Sasha." Rick states and Sasha blows it's brains out, the gate them closes. "It's a good thing we're here." I grin at how badass that was, and follow as we begin walking off.

I grin as I sit outside the building that Rick was on, talking to Deanna. Tapping my foot and drumming on my leg with my fingers, I giggle as I see everyone, who still looks in slight disbelief. I smile at everyone's stupid faces and frowning at Michonne's cold as ice face.

"Michonne?" I get up and she looks over.

"Yeah?" She asks almost immediately.

"Let your face muscles relax." I giggle. "You're stone cold petrified face won't fit in here."

"Okay, kid." She weakly smiled.

"Think they'll be long?" I ask awkwardly.

"Hopefully not. Why don't you go play with the kids and Carl." Michonne suggests.

I stare at the group of kids in fear, and then I look at Carl with a smile. I look back at the group and swallow nervously. My breath hitches in a small panic. "No, no no, that's okay."

"Alright... Just, be good, yeah?" Michonne asks politely and I nod. Rick proceeds to walk out not too long after our conversation ends and Deanna leads us off to a cart.

"Please put all your weapons in the cart." Deanna tells us, I comply and put my pistol inside the cart, everyone follows. "They're still your guns. You can check them out whenever you go beyond the wall. But inside here, we store them for safety." Everyone quickly gets around to doing so and I look at Carol with a confused look as she struggles to take off her rifle, though she's had no problem before. We need to get some weights.

"Shoulda brought another bin!" The lady jokes. Nobody responds, I can't even bother laughing. Aaron takes Rick, Carl and I to two houses. I ponder the fact I'm here too.

"These are your.. LITERALLY free real estate." Aaron says and I giggle.

"Both of 'em?" Rick asks.

"At your disposal!" Aaron says. "I'd call dibs on the that one. It's got more.. curb appeal." I genuinely can't tell which one he's suggestion, so I just smile and slowly nod. "Listen, I know you're still feeling us out, but I'm glad you came. ..Anyway, Deanna's asked everyone to give you your space, so they aren't all coming at you at once. Uhm.. Take your time. Explore. You need anything, you call me." I blink at him, confused. "I.. We don't have phones, I.. I meant.. I'm four houses down."

"Thank you." Carl tells him.
