That night after Christmas, where I went to stay at one of my friends' house, I was met with a big surprise when I got there.

"..."

"Is something wrong, Asahina-chan?"

"... No, it's just, how should I put it...?"

While I was trying to process the information coming into my brain, I managed to appreciate a large white colored building in front of me; it was a mansion. And not just any mansion, it was my friend's; Kawashima Gina.

"You had a mansion all along...?" I asked as I looked around in uncertainty and bewilderment, for what I was experiencing was so surreal that, for a few moments, I thought I was dreaming.

"A-Ah, I'm sorry I didn't tell you anything."

"N-No, it's okay, but... Is it really okay for me to stay here?"

"S-Sure it is, come on in!" She said as the person she called "Nakamura" opened the doors of the mansion for us, once she brought down our luggage.

"Come in with confidence, miss."

"S-Sure, thank you..."

This is just so strange... And awkward....

I thought while still trying to understand what was going on. I really wanted to yell and question a lot of things, but out of my own pride, and out of respect for my friend's home, I decided not to.

Once we entered, I was able to appreciate the surroundings, which were so ornate that it was quite dazzling. I was so impressed with the place that I wasn't so sure if I should really be standing there.

It was then that Kawa-chan started talking to me.

"We can use the rooms upstairs. I-If you like, of course."

"... That's okay for me." I said as we walked up the stairs with our luggage, arriving at a large room filled with bookshelves, posters, a large princess-like bed, and a large desk with a pile of papers lying around, crumpled up, and another pile that was so neat it was impressive.

"This is your room?"

"Y-Yes, sorry about the mess on the desk. I was trying to draw, but I didn't get anything done."

"I see... It must be difficult."

"It is." She said as she smiled nervously. "W-Well, make yourself comfortable! You can sit anywhere you want." She added while looking at me with a nervous face. It was so noticeable; I couldn't help but ask:

"Kawa-chan, I'm sorry if this sounds a bit rude, but..."

"'Uh?"

"Is this... The first time you've brought someone to your house?"

"!"

Looks like I nailed it.

Looking around, and trying to put aside my bag so that it wouldn't disturb, I sat down on the edge of her bed, just to feel a bit of the softness of her wool sheets which, combined with the heating in the room, made being in that bed as comfortable as possible. At one point I was about to fall asleep, but I quickly got up to prevent that from happening.

... Does this bed have special powers? No, wait, that can't be it. Or maybe... A Stand user?!

Thinking of many possibilities, one getting weirder and weirder than the last, I shook my head, and decided to consult my single most reliable source to get my answer; ask Kawa-chan directly.

"Kawa-chan."

"Y-Yes?" She replied as she sorted through the clothes she had packed in her huge closet, and I just stood dumbfounded at her large repertoire.
