SO i am not even in the 56kgs and school starts tomorrow....

i think im not eating enough and my body is trying to not lose too much weight too quickly so im gonna stop fasting for now and i'm gonna eat three meals a day because the only reason i can think of me not losing weight is because my metabolism is slowing down because i'm basically starvingALSOO i ordered matcha green tea powder and it speeds metabolism and burns fat so i'm gonna drink just the plain tea once in the morning and in the evening
SO since i am not reaching 55kg by tomorrow my new goal is in three weeks
19th september and i'll decide my ug weight goal after i've reached 55kg
