this is what it looks like
and i did plan to do it BUT there's been a biohazard in my house so i can't and to top it off my meals were supposed to go like this
lunch: tuna sandwich and a banana ✅
dinner: sushi rice bowl ❌
snack: whatever is within the limit ✅❌‼️but i ate a whole chocolate bar and a slice of cake 💀
it's alright cuz i only went 46 calories over the limit and now my fasting starts earlier 🤗
