i've eaten 244 calories today so here is what i had
this was supposed to be lunch but i forgot it at home so i had this when i got home from school
this was my snack but i also had 1 m&m from my friend in school so it's not in the pictures
and this was the main and last thing i had
++ i burned over 1k calories because of how much walking i do and because i played netball at the end of school
💪💪💪
so i have 500 calories for tomorrow so i can actually have quite a bit of food compared to today but i think i did well choosing what i ate :)
