SO i have a lot of things where food is unavoidable like today i had this food festival thing in school and i chose to eat a lot and my friends birthday is on saturday and i'm already planning on eating with no restriction AND my sisters graduation is next week and i'm gonna eat after too so im gonna eat and choose happiness 💪
BUT the difference is that i don't eat the same as i used to
so i would have eaten until i was STUFFED but now i can stop before i get full so i may not be restricting myself now but i will still have more control than i used toALSO JUST TO CLARIFY it's only on those days i will be doing that and after the graduation i will go back to a diet since christmas will be the next thing where food will be unavoidable
