After the concert, Jennie, who typically dined with her fellow members, chose to head straight back to her hotel this time. She felt a profound physical and mental fatigue that even she couldn't grasp.

Jennie seethed with anger as she read Jisoo's chat. Determined to confront her, she forcefully pushed Jisoo's number and immediately tried calling her. After four beeps, Jisoo finally answered the call, only to be met with Jennie's furious outburst.

"YAH! Are you nuts? You wanna die?" Jennie spoke angrily,

"Hi there! This is Manoban's Pussy Clinic, how can I help?" Jisoo teased the grumpy cat even more with her silly jokes,

"That's it! We're done!" Jennie hung up the call.

Jennie was extremely upset with Jisoo for taking the joke too far, and she had reached her breaking point.

Lisa's earlier conversation with her assistant had completely distracted Jennie, and she had no time to deal with Jisoo's silliness because she expected the older girl to listen to her rants.

During today's concert, it seemed as though Jennie's body was on autopilot mode. While her mind wandered elsewhere, her body effortlessly synchronized with the music. Fortunately, she benefits from the developed muscle memory after repeatedly performing the same actions for nearly a year.

"Do you want to eat something?" Alison asked her as they entered the room,

Jennie just shook her head, unbothered to answer.

"Want to take a shower?" She asked again but Jennie remained silent. "Is something wrong, babe?" Alison grew worried,

"Please, just let me be. I don't feel like socializing. I'm too tired," Jennie replied.

Upon hearing Jenny's answer, Alison hurriedly rushed out and informed Jenny's staff to leave their boss alone. Additionally, she sent a brief message to Jisoo, updating her on Jennie's current condition.

The room was no longer messy but Jennie's mind was all over the place. Last night's intimacy was now changed into distance.

Jennie slumped her body onto the bed and it felt so cold. She closed her eyes tightly, trying to block out the overwhelming emotions coursing through her. Thoughts swirled in her mind, creating a chaotic symphony that drowned out any coherent thought. The weight on her chest felt unbearable, a constant reminder of the pain she was trying to escape.
