PORCHAY'S POV
Back at our house, I found Sean waiting, his face a mix of concern and understanding.
"Khun Porchay, that was... intense. Are you alright?"
I sank into a chair and ran a hand through my hair, struggling to find words.
"I don't know, Sean. I never thought Id get carried away like that. But I couldn't let them hurt my family."Sean nodded solemnly, his eyes reflecting the gravity of our situation.
"I understand, Khun Porchay. We've been in this dark world for a long time, and most of the time, it forces us to do things we never thought possible."
His words hit home, a reminder of the dark path I had chosen to walk. I couldn't deny that I had become deeply entangled in this world of secrets, betrayal, and violence.
"I need to find out more about Miss Amanda and why P'Kim is connected to her," I said, determination hardening in my voice.
"I've been in Thailand for too long, Sean. Part of me wants to go back to Italy, but I can't leave things unfinished here."
Sean leaned forward, his eyes steady on mine.
"I agree, Khun Porchay. But going back to Italy now might not be the best move. There's too much at stake here."I nodded, acknowledging the truth in his words.
"You're right, Sean. We need to finish what we started. I want answers, and I want to make sure they pay for what they've done."
Suddenly, a commotion from outside caught our attention.
Harsh, angry voices echoed through the quiet night. Sean and I exchanged a knowing look, and we quickly moved to the window, peering out cautiously.
There, in the dimly lit alley below, we saw Miss Amanda. Her face was twisted in rage, her voice dripping with venom as she berated her remaining men. It was clear that she had just learned of their demise.
"You fools! I trusted you to handle this, and you let them get away with murder!" she shouted, her words laced with anger and frustration.
Sean and I watched in silence as the scene unfolded. Miss Amanda's reaction confirmed our suspicions that she was indeed the mastermind behind the attacks on my family. Her rage was a testament to how deeply we had disrupted her plans.
"Khun Porchay," Sean whispered, "We need to stay vigilant. She won't stop until she gets her revenge." I nodded, my jaw set in determination.
"You're right, Sean. This is far from over. We need to gather more information about her and P'Kim's connection, and we must be ready for whatever comes next."
As we continued to observe Miss Amanda's furious tirade below, it was clear that our lives had become even more entangled with hers. The darkness that had enveloped us seemed to deepen, and the stakes had never been higher. We were prepared to face whatever challenges lay ahead, knowing that we couldn't back down now.
With Miss Amanda's furious rage echoing in my ears, I made a fateful decision. It was time to pay her a visit, to confront the source of our troubles and seek answers that had eluded us for far too long.
I turned to Sean, who had been by my side through every twist and turn of this dark journey. "Sean, I'm going to see Miss Amanda. I need to know her motives and the extent of her involvement in all of this." Sean nodded solemnly, his unwavering support a reassuring presence.
"Be careful, Khun Porchay. We don't know what she's capable of, and she's not to be underestimated."
I knew the risks involved in confronting Miss Amanda. She was a formidable adversary, and I was about to step into the lion's den. But the burning need for answers and justice outweighed the fear that gnawed at the edges of my resolve.
