Chapter 28: Ending 4

I look over at the fountain and see Sebastian and Ciel standing by it. I walk over and smile at Sebastian. I look at Ciel.

"May I talk to you, alone?" I ask looking down.

"Sebastian, leave us." He says, waving Sebastian off.

"Yes My Lord" he says with a bit of sadness in his voice.

I frown a little bit and turn to Ciel.

"What did you need to talk to me about (y/n)?" He asks with a small smile.

"Ciel, I love you.." I say without thinking.

'Oh no, Elizabeth..' I think to myself.

I feel tears forming in my eyes.

I turn and begin walking away. Before I can get far, I feel a hand grab mine. I look and see Ciel with a smile on his face. He pulls me close to him and hugs me.

"(Y/n), I love you too" he says and then kisses me gently.

I pull away and frown.

"But your fiancée.." I say as a tear falls down my cheek.

He wipes the tear and then kisses me again. He pulls away after a while and rests his forehead against mine.

"(Y/n), I don't love Elizabeth. I only think of her as my cousin. Your the only one who has been able to make me smile. I mean, smile and mean it" he says.

"So, when you smiled at me all this time, it was.."

"Real.."

He hugs me and rests his head on my head.
