The day had come. Jungkook and Tae were up bright and early getting ready for Jungkook's parents to get there.
Jungkook~"Where is she? She was supposed to be here 3 minutes ago!"
Tae~"Be patient. She's gonna be here."
Jungkook~"She better be here! She agreed to do it and if she doesn't then I have no girlfriend to show my parents and they'll know I lied and then they'll find out I'm gay and I'll be disowned and-"
Tae grabbed Jungkook's face and kissed him. Jungkook melted into the kiss. Then Tae pulled away.
Tae~"Are you calm now?"
Jungkook~"Yes."
Tae~"Good. She's probably just running a bit late."
Then the door slammed open.
Officer Lee~"Hey, gays!"
Jungkook~"Thank God you're here!"
Officer Lee~"Sorry I'm late, I over slept a bit."
Tae~"It's ok. Now Jungkook, go over the plan one more time because she might not understand and I sure as hell don't understand."
Jungkook~"Ok, Officer Lee-"
Officer Lee~"You can just call me Ji-eun."
Jungkook~"Ok. Ji-eun is going to pretend to be my loving girlfriend when my parents get here so they think I have a girlfriend. Tae is going to pretend to be a close friend that I met at work. My parents can still meet you, but they won't know that you're my boyfriend."
Tae~"Ok and how are you so sure that this plan will work?"
Jungkook~"I haven't had a girlfriend since grade school so my parents will be so happy that they won't be able to notice the small stuff."
Officer Lee~"That makes sense but what about the pride flag in your room?"
Jungkook looked at the open door to him and Jin's room. Their pride flag was on display on the wall.
Jungkook~"Oh shit."
Jungkook ran into the room and quickly took the flag down and hid it under his mattress.
Jungkook~"What pride flag?"
Officer Lee~"You're an idiot. But, this plan seems pretty likely to succeed."
Tae~"Yeah. You've surprisingly thought of an actually good thing."
Jungkook~"Yeah, I know."
Then there was a knock at the door.
Jungkook~"That has to be my parents!"
Jungkook hurried and opened the door. Sure enough, his mom and dad were standing right there.
Mrs. Jeon~"Hello, baby!"
She grabbed him and pulled him into a big, tight hug.
Mr. Jeon~"Hey, son!"
His dad shook his hand and then his parents walked into the apartment.
Jungkook~"Sooo.... How have you guys been?"
Mrs. Jeon~"We've been so lonely ever since you left! I trust that you've been reading your Bible and praying every day like we told you to? Can't have the devil sneaking up on you!"
She laughed.
Jungkook~"Ok... Well I've been doing Well-"
Mr. Jeon~"We don't care about how you've been doing! Where's that girlfriend of yours?"
Mrs. Jeon~"Yeah, where is she?"
Jungkook~"Oh, ok then. She's right here."
Jungkook pointed to Officer Lee.
Mrs. Jeon~"She's so pretty! What's your name sweetie?"
Officer Lee~"I'm Lee Ji-eun. Nice to meet you, ma'am."
Officer Lee bowed at her.
Mrs. Jeon~"She's so polite!"
Mr. Jeon~"Wow, she really is a good looker~"
Jungkook's dad looked her up and down. Jungkook thought it was creepy.
"What is he thinking?" Jungkook thought.
Tae~"Hello, Mr and Mrs Jeon. I'm Kim Taehyung, Jungkook's friend from work."
Tae bowed at them too.
Mr. Jeon~"You're very polite, but you're so scrawny! And look at that blue hair! If you weren't wearing such manly clothes you would look like a twink?"
Tae was wearing a blue button up shirt with black dress pants.

Tae~"Oh, um..."
Jungkook~"So let's go sit down and catch up!"
They sat down on the couch and turned on the TV. Jungkook was in the middle, Tae was on his right and Officer Lee was on his left. His dad was sitting next to Officer Lee and his mom was sitting next to Tae.
Mrs. Jeon~"So, how did you and Ji-eun meet?"
Jungkook~"Umm..."
Officer Lee~"We were at the grocery store and we both reached for the same box of cereal. Our hand touched and when we looked at each other, it was basically love at first sight."
Mrs. Jeon~"That's beautiful! Jungkook, you've gotten so lucky with this girl. We should start planning the wedding!"
Jungkook and Officer Lee~"What!?"
Mrs. Jeon~"Yes! You 2 need to get married! You are perfect for each other, it's pretty obvious."
Mr. Jeon~"Now now, such a pretty lady like Ji-eun shouldn't get married just yet~"
Officer Lee scooted away from Jungkook's dad a bit.
Mrs. Jeon~"I guess you're right, darling."
Officer Lee~"Excuse me, I'm going to the bathroom."
As Officer Lee got up, Jungkook's dad grabbed her butt. She quickly got away from him and speed walked to the bathroom.
Mrs. Jeon~"So Taehyung, why did you dye your hair blue? It's not because you're gay right? Being gay is a terrible sin!"
Tae~"...I'm an actor. I needed to dye it for a role."
Mrs. Jeon~"Thank God! I'm so glad you're not gay. Gay people are terrible! They're crazy rapists and murderers and they don't even deserve to be on this earth. They all deserve slow, agonizing deaths."
Jungkook got scared. Why was his mom saying all of that? Did she think they were gay? Was she catching onto the plan? Officer Lee came back from the bathroom.
Mrs. Jeon~"Well, this was a nice little visit but we should get home. Bye baby!"
She hugged Jungkook, then Tae, then Officer Lee.
Mr. Jeon~"Bye, son."
Mr. Jeon hugged Officer Lee and kissed her neck. He whispered in her ear.
Mr. Jeon~"Don't worry my love, this won't be the last time we're together."
Then he went back to his wife. Jungkook saw Officer Lee shudder in disgust. His parents waved goodbye and then finally left.
