(They're human, btw, and yep, even Noot noot and glitchy boi, human vampires or smth- like looks ugh- you know what I mean -)

(This is related to Vampireverse. But i changed a lot of it, so it isn't original. Why? Because there are some couples I dont ship. I respect it and all, but for you guys, I'm not so sure. Plus, new names, my pretty readers 👌)

"Trust me, Lilith, (this is Killer, dont ask me why that's his name idk either) we won't get hurt."

Encre softly said, dragging Lilith gently deeper into the forbidden forest. The sky grew darker as they walked further in, the moon slowly rising from the mountains. The air became colder, blowing against Lilith's cheek, which made her slightly shiver.

"That's what you said when we nearly got in trouble with the werewolves. . ."

Lilith mumbled to herself, recalling a memory she very much disliked. Suddenly, Encre made an abrupt pause, making Lilith bump on her a little, clashing her forehead against the back of Encre's head.

(Oh, and they both have the same height.)

She hissed a little, rubbing her forehead gently. She was about to scold her for stopping so suddenly, but then paused as she saw the beautiful scenery of a crystalline waterfall before them.

"What a sight. . ."

She breathed out, slowly sliding her arm off from Encre's hand and looking around carefully in awe. The faint glow of the luminescent moon was reflected on the water as the breeze gently blew along with the leaves rustling. Encre giggled softly, clasping her hands behind her back as she watched her friend take in her surroundings.

"Pretty, right?"

Encre said, staring at the water with her mismatched eyes, smiling warmly at herself once she saw the reflection of her friend in the water smiling joyfully.

"Very much. . . Where did you find this place?"

Lilith asked, still her back facing away from the other.

"Another story for later. But. . . I have something to tell you first."

Encre's tone became serious, her warm smile faltering into a worried one. Lilith turned around, her smile faltering a little as well.

"Before that, where have you been? You disappeared for half a year, then appear out of nowhere in the blue. . . We almost thought you passed away. . ."

A small tear flowed down Lilith's cheek with a shattered expression on her face. Her hand gently grasped the cloth in her chest, keeping her patience intact.

"Right. About that. . . I . . . Found someone. Someone who I fell in love. . ."

"That does not answer my question."

Lilith's voice grew weak, and her tone sounded firm but vulnerable. Her grip tightened, small tears flowing down.

"I-. . . How do I put this. . . I'm living with my future husband, who is a. . . Vampire."

Lilith's expression dropped. More tears started flowing as her soot black eyes darkened.

"Are you telling the truth. . .?"

She asked. Encre became hesitant with the question but eventually nodded slowly for confirmation. Lilith broke down, crying uncontrollably while coughing slightly between sobs. Encre felt extreme guilt and shame weigh her shoulders. She gently walked towards Lilith, slowly holding her hand out to comfort her, but she slapped the hand away with a mix of sadness and fury.
