The Painful Goodbye Of Love

Suhana was sitting on the balcony of her room, starting at nothing. Her heart was numb thinking about him moving on with someone else. But she knows that this is only good for him.

"You have to do this. You can't leave him in grief of your death. After you he has his whole life ahead. He can't just wait for you his whole life. I know he will not agree because he really loves me, but I know it will be best if he moves on. That will at least reduce his grief and will make him forget me."

Tears slipped from her not because he will be with someone, it was because she can't spend her life with the person she loves. Love??

Yes, she loves him just like he does. She doesn't know when she realized but now, she just loves him and wants everything good for him. She just wants his happiness, and it will be if he moves on in his life with someone else.

"Suhana, why are you crying??Did someone say something to you??Please tell me??"

She didn't notice when he came back from the office. Seeing the worried look on his face made her heart ache. He doesn't deserve this. He doesn't deserve worry. He deserves only happiness which she can't give.

"It's nothing. I am fine."

She left a painful laughter while wiping her tears away. Rudraksh looked at her with confusion because he knew she was not okay.

"Please sit. I want to have a talk with you."

Holding his hand, she made him sit beside her. Rudraksh looked at her face which was in pain. His heart clenched at this sight. Taking a deep breath, she opened her eyes and looked at him.

Their heart got its peace after finding their solace in each other's eyes. Suhana gave him a painful smile and held both his hands in her.

"I want you to get married again."

The crease on his forehead increased after hearing her words. He left her hand and thinned his bows in confusion. He shook his head not believing what she was saying.

"Can you say it again??"

"I WANT YOU TO GET MARRY AGAIN."

She said it again but in clear and louder this time. He calculated her words and soon his eyes were burning with rage.

"I think you are having a fever. I am already married to my wife, and I am not interested in a second wife."

He tried not to shout but ended up snapping at her. Suhana didn't flinch at his words. Holding his hands, looking straight into his eyes she repeated her words again which just added the fuel to his anger.

"Suhana just says that you are joking because you have lost all your senses."

Wiping away her tears she looked into his eyes and spoke.

"I want you to move on in your life with someone. You can't just keep waiting for a dead person to return. And you can't spend your whole life alone so that's why I want you to get married again and this time with your choice."

"JUST STOP."

His loud voice boomed in her eardrum. Holding her arms in tight grip he pulled her closer.

"And who are you to tell me to get married again?? I have a wife and I love her so much that you can't imagine. I won't marry again ever, even after knowing that I will have to spend my whole life alone with her memories. I don't want anyone to comfort me because my wife's memories will be enough for me to live my whole life. And who said I can't wait??I will wait for her my whole life even after knowing that she will never return to me. This Rudraksh only belongs to his wife and when I die then also, I will belong to my wife."
