The Painful Goodbye Of Love

"Where are we going??"

Suhana asked after they settled inside the car. Rudraksh didn't answer and started the car. It was comfortable silent, but his heart was not at peace.

"Do you want to eat Pani puri??"

His question made her jerk. Pani puri is what Suhana loves the most. She nodded her head like a child and spoke.

"Yess."

It was evening time, so Rudraksh decided to take her out. He wants to spend as much time as he can. He looked at her, enjoying the rain pouring down. The smile on her face was showing how happy she is feeling the rain.

"Why do you love the rain?? It's so irritating."

"I love the sound of rain pouring down. It's so pleasing to my ears. Everything around us feels so pleasant. The trees, birds and nature just wait for the rain to pour down just like me. During the rainy season I feel more connected to nature. And about hating it, how can someone dislike it??"

He looked at her while she kept explaining about rain. The way she kept further describing the rain made him realize that we should find beauty in everything. We should find a reason to love the things around us.

"I will hear your rainy season lecture but after we are done eating so let's go now."

He stopped her from speaking further. Suhana didn't realize that they had reached the shop. Smiling at him she was about to walk out when he said.

"Don't step out now. Let me bring you the umbrella."

"No need. I want to feel this moment when rain is pouring on me so let's go without your umbrella."

Saying this she stepped out and smiled as the rain hit her body. Rudraksh came to her side and holding each other's hands they both reached the shop. They aren't drenched much but still their hair got wet.

Rudraksh looked at her, who was drying her hair with her fingers. The water droplets were running from her forehead to her lips and then getting lost inside her chest. Her lips were inviting him, but he just ignored it.

"Bhaiya do plate Pani puri dena."

They started eating while enjoying the weather. Rudraksh was liking this weather just because of her. It was like the rainy season is his favorite because she is making it. Till they finished eating the rain had stopped.

"What happened??"

He asked, looking at her sucked face.

"Rain has stopped."

"So??"

She shook her head and he got to know about her wish written in her diary. She wanted to dance with her partner in the rain and it would be the perfect time, but the rain stopped.

"Do you want to come with me to the park??"

She nodded at him. How can they miss the chance of being together with each other?? The park was a few minutes away, so they decided to walk there.

Rudraksh held her in his hand and gave her his smile, making her heart flutter. Suddenly Suhana felt timid under his eyes while his eyes were looking at her with adoration. One car came with speed and as Suhana was on the roadside. Rudraksh pulled her and changed their side.

It was just a small act but for Suhana it was everything. She looked at his face which was looking beautiful under the sun rays. The sun was about to set, and the orange ray was making him look more handsome.
