The Painful Goodbye Of Love

𝟏𝟕~ 𝐇𝐞𝐫 𝐰𝐢𝐬𝐡.

After getting breathless they both part away. Rudraksh looked at her flushed face which was looking beautiful like always. They both felt peace in them, feeling closer to each other.

Slower he kissed her forehead, and his lips linger there longer than required. She felt his lips trembling while kissing her forehead. She repeats his action to assure him that she is with him.

"I love you buttercup. Please don't go away from me."

His vulnerability was heard in his voice making her heart sink in stomach. Smiling at him she kissed his closed eyes and spoke.

"Do you think it is easy for me to leave you all behind?? Leaving you all behind in grief will be more painful. I can't imagine you people mourning over me. I want you all to just smile when you remember me after my death. I want to be your reason to smile, not your tears. And I don't want to leave you, but I think God doesn't want us to be together. We haven't seen future so I can't give you false hope that maybe I will be okay. Maybe separation is only written in our destiny."

He pulled her closer and hugged her and nature cried with them, in the form of rain. Nature witnesses their love stories which will end soon. Thunder lightning and their tears fall on each other's shoulders.

Rudraksh broke the hug and kissed her forehead once, twice, thrice till his heart got satisfied he kept kissing her. Suhana smiles at his actions and lets him do whatever he is doing.

"I love you so much."

He touched their forehead and let his tears follow.

"I am sorry, but I can't. I really can't stop these tears."

She smiled at him and shook her head.

"Don't be sorry my dear husband."

They parted away and realized that the sun was gone, and the moon was adoring the sky. Taking her hand in his, they walked out of the park after wearing their sandals.

"Can I request something from you??"

She asked while holding his forearm. He smiles at her act and nods his head.

"Can we go for a night walk every day? Till I am a..alive??"

His finger tightened around her, and he nodded his head still smiling. Suhana felt that it was a fake smile. How can she expect a man to smile after knowing that his love is dying??

"Let's have kulfi."

She dragged him till the vendor, and he followed her. How can he deny his buttercup??

"Which flavor would you have??"

"Same as you."

She smiled hearing his answer. Giving orders of two Malai kulfi they waited till the man gave them their order. After paying they again started walking towards their car.

"You have eaten junk food two times today but for tomorrow I want you to just eat homemade food."

She made a sucking face and walked further leaving him behind. He chuckled at her, ran to her and held her hands.

"Suhana..."

She stops hearing his stern voice and turned around and gave him an innocent look. He raised his eyebrows seeing her so called innocent smile.

"Stop running or else??"

She silently started walking beside him while enjoying her kulfi. Rudraksh looked at her face. She was looking down and he smiled at her.
