I was in the hospital just hours from giving birth and Mick was in Switzerland handling some family business he had to take care of, but luckily I had Max, Daniel, Kelly, Charlotte, Carlos and Charles there for support.

Although everyone except Max, Danny and Kelly had to wait in the waiting area from the moment I started giving birth.

Or at least what I thought the plan was.

As I was sitting on a ball trying to minimize the pain I started crying because it was hurting so damn bad, I had imagined it would hurt but not this much. But I knew it would be all worth it the moment I held my daughter in my arms, that moment was something I was looking forwards to the most.

Max came up to me and he looked me in the eyes.

' thank you max for coming although our fight ' I said smiling.

' I wouldn't miss the birth of my goddaughter for the world ' he said smiling.

I didn't say anything back as the pain hit me again, Kelly quickly got to my side and held me so I wouldn't fall off the ball.

Soon enough the pain was eating me up alive, I was crying and I was feeling so fucking much pain. I couldn't even think and I just got mad when someone tried to talk to me because the pain was just that bad.

In that moment I saw Lewis rushing in and the moment he saw me his eyes got soft.

I looked over at max who smiled at me and nodded, I knew exactly that max had told Lewis. Although I told him not to, but In that moment I didn't even care because I was just too happy to see Lewis.

As he rushed up to me and held me I cried in his arms and I apologized over and over again.

' look at me, you can save that to later now you should focus on brining our daughter into the world okay? '

' I don't know if I can Lewis ' I said.

' you can, I'll be here by your side every step of the way alright? '

Something about his smile just made me feel instantly better.

' just push a little more miss! ' the doctor said.

' she's almost out now! ' she added.

I was in so much pain and I was so exhausted but I also tried my best to not squeeze Lewis hand too much.

' your doing amazing Anastasia! Squeeze my hand however hard you want ' Lewis said.

Just a few minutes later I held my daughter in my arms with Lewis by my side smiling at both me and her, just like Kelly had said the moment I held my daughter in my arms all of the pain, all of the tears they all just disappeared. All I could feel right now was pure joy, she was so beautiful so beautiful that I almost started crying.

She looked so much like Lewis.

' can I hold her? ' Lewis asked as I nodded smiling as I handed her to him.

He looked at her with such love filling his eyes, that made me thinking I maybe made the wrong decision with mick and letting him adopt her. But the papers weren't signed yet so maybe it wasn't too late?? God I had a lot on my mind but I decided I wouldn't tell Lewis about it until I knew what I was gonna do for sure.

As I looked at the door I saw max and Daniel both peaking their heads through the door and looking around, when they saw me they almost looked ashamed that they'd gotten caught.

' can we meet our goddaughter now? ' Daniel asked.

' yeah, we can't wait anymore ' max added.

I & Lewis both just laughed.

' come in guys ' I said.

They both rushed in the room the moment they heard my words, they even fought at the door of who was gonna come in first. I and Lewis just looked at each other as we talked at their behavior.

As Lewis handed Max our daughter Daniel stood besides max and they both looked at her with the most loving eyes, I smiled knowing they would be the best godfathers to her.

' what's her name?? ' max asked.

' I was thinking Ariana Alexandra Hamilton ' I said smiling as I looked at Lewis.

He looked at her and then spoke.

' I love that idea ' Lewis said smiling.

A while later both I and Lewis signed the birth certificate and her name was now officially Ariana Alexandra Hamilton. Quite honestly I was relieved Lewis had been here because that made me change my mind about Mick adopting her and becoming her father, I couldn't rob Lewis of that. I couldn't rob Ari of that either, I realized that now. She would find out either way because she looked so much like Lewis, he would also find out in the end and then I wouldn't only have hurt him but his mom, his dad, my daughter. It was so many more in this than only me, I hadn't realized that yet but now I did. If I hurt Lewis I would be hurting my daughter in the end as well. I wasn't that immature to do that so I should've probably thanked max for stopping me from making the biggest mistake of my life.

I asked everyone to leave the room except for Lewis and Max, just for a few minutes and they all agreed.

' So I want to start of with saying sorry to both of you, especially to you Lewis '

' then I want to thank you max for telling Lewis, it stopped me from making the biggest mistake of my life ' I added smiling as max hugged me.

' you know I want the best for you right? ' max said.

' yes I know ' I answered smiling.

I looked at Lewis who was holding Ari in his hands as max and I pulled apart and then I looked at max who nodded and went outside the room for a good minute.

' so.. I probably owe you the biggest thank you and an apology on top of that ' I started off with.

' no I should be the one apologizing to you, you tried reaching out to me and telling me but I was stubborn like always and didn't answer. I'm so sorry for leaving you to go through that whole pregnancy alone, I'm just so happy that I got to be at the birth thanks to max who basically dragged me here '

I smiled, maybe everything would be okay.

' can I hug you? ' I asked as he laughed and hugged me.

' I also should be the one thanking you for bringing our beautiful daughter to the world today '

' it was teamwork, both to make her and to bring her into this world ' I said winking.

We both burst out laughing after I'd said that.

' for teamwork ' he said holding up his fist

' for teamwork and lovely co parenting ' I said laughing.

We smiled as we let everyone come in again and just a few moments later Lewis two parents and his step mother was at the door peeking in. Lewis looked at me as I smiled.

' how did you? '

' I told Kelly to make a call for me, it's just as a big moment for them as it's for us '

He smiled at me as he went to hug his parents and step mother then let them in the room.

' hello Anastasia! How are you feeling ' Carmen said as she went to hug me.

' hey Carmen! I'm feeling fine thank you! ' I said as she then gasped when she saw her granddaughter.

Lewis sat besides me on the bed as everyone was busy with obsessing over Ariana, they all took turns holding her as me and Lewis started talking about stuff we had to agree about for her sake. After a while everyone left, max, Kelly and Daniel were all coming back tomorrow and the rest had to leave for longer but we would see them at the next race weekend.

Lewis stayed with me and Ari because he insisted on staying, which I let him.
