Translation: ( when I look back, I see that a year does a lot to a person )

I was sitting by the ocean just looking at the waves who were awfully calming, they were like a little bit calm in some crazy way. Ari was with my mother & step father while I had been on the run for the past days, not especially from them but from literally everything. I needed to just stop hurting at this point.

I saw my brother walking down the path between the cliffs to get to me.

' hey sis ' he said as he sat besides me.

' hey, how are you feeling? '

' don't ask me how I'm feeling, that's all you've done these past months. How are you? Mom is telling me that you haven't eaten for days '

' I'm fine, don't worry about me because I worry about you ' I said as he smiled.

He looked at the sea as he chuckled a bit, he then spoke again.

' Ari is a wonderful kid, I loved being with my niece '

' hopefully you will get more of that ' I said smiling at him as he smiled back.

' I hope so too '

He turned to me after just staring at the sea for a little while.

' why don't you come with me to London to attend Lewis wedding, he really wants Ari there '

I sighed as I first wanted to refuse but with my brother asking me that with those puppy eyes, I couldn't say no so I eventually agreed to. Before I knew it I was on a plane back to London with my brother & Ari, god I had to see my sister again, I had to see Nora again?? God just thinking about all that was making me have yet another panic attack. Probably the 20:th panic attack under these few past months, but i kept telling myself it was fine and in front of my brother I was indeed fine. I couldn't be sad or broken in front of him, not when he was struggling so bad right now and still managed to put on a smile everyday.

As we landed a car took my brother to Lewis apartment but I told him I would be staying with Daniel and Max, he seemed reluctant but then agreed and went into Lewis apartment building while I told the driver to take me to Daniel and max's place.

As I knocked on the door Daniel opened the door and he was surprised to see me as he didn't think I'd come but the second I saw his face I fell on my knees breaking down. All the emotions I couldn't let out in front of my brother all came up when I saw Daniel, he'd been my emotional support these past six months and for him I was forever grateful for. He'd been there ever since he found out, he hadn't run away, he hadn't been scared to be with me, he hadn't given up on me. Daniel got on his knees as he yelled for max to come and get Ari and her stuff which he did as Daniel just sat there holding me, he stroked my hair as he looked at max who also had tears in his eyes from seeing me like this.

Max pov:

Daniel came downstairs telling me Anastasia was finally asleep after much work, Ari was also sleeping but Kelly was sitting by Ari's side to be there for Ari while Anastasia couldn't.

I and Daniel took our drinks and sat down at the terrace outside and had the door left opened, we sat there in silence for a little while then I spoke.

' she was worse then when she left ' I said with a little broken voice.

' I know ' Daniel said with an even more broken voice and tone in his eyes.

I knew Daniel felt helpless because whatever had happened he knew what it was, he had promised her not to tell anyone which he stood by. But I knew he'd felt helpless these past six months because he hadn't been able to do anything for her, no one had been able to help her or do anything for her these past six months. She had completely disappeared from every social media and hadn't answered her phone for two weeks once and she hadn't even returned to her mothers house under that period. It turned out she was out partying every single night then, she had been staying with one of her old high school friends who was bad influence. But we couldn't tell her who to talk to or not, she was an adult so she could do those decisions by herself. But it still made us worry a lot about her, especially because she went to Portugal to get better but ever since she disappeared she's just gotten worse within every day that went by.

' her brother told me she hasn't been eating for at least a couple of days ' Daniel said with tears in his eyes.

' she's gone down in weight a lot and her eyes are even more red than that night and she just seemed so out of it and so broken down and I don't know what I'm supposed to do to help her max, I want to but I can't ' Daniel said with the tears dropping down from his face.

I took a sip of my coffee.

' we just have to be there for her and have patience with her, now when she and Mick are on a break she needs us more than she did before that ' I said.

He looked at me as he sighed and whipped away his tears, we both knew she wasn't sad about Mick at all because she had so much else to be sad about but we both knew that if he was out of the picture we had to be the ones to step up and be there for her. She had us at this point that she trusted, us only because she didn't trust other people. She was in a really bad place and neither of us, her mother, her father or even her step father knew how to help her. We were all helpless at this point, she was the only one who could get herself back up but at this state that seemed rather impossible.

Daniel went up to check on Anastasia to see if she was still sleeping and I texted Lewis, I knew he could somehow help her in some crazy way, or I just wanted him to.

I picked up my phone and texted Lewis.

Max: ' Lewis we need to talk about Anastasia '

Lewis: ' I'm on my way right now. '
