On a pleasant weekend evening, he decided to spend quality time with her, a promise he had made to himself regardless of his busy schedule, or his mood to ensure she never felt ignored again from him. He asked her today if they could eat the dinner outside and she gladly agreed, her eyes sparkling with anticipation and joy from his invite.

She chose to wear a lovely light pink saree, a symbol of her joy and anticipation. As she get down from the stairs, she noticed his eyes fixed on her, wearing cuffed black shirt and formal black pants,  he greeted her with a genuine smile, a simple yet heartwarming gesture that conveyed his affection. Their gazes locked for a moment, unspoken words passing between them. It was a smile that carried a promise of togetherness, of shared moments in a world where they were becoming increasingly inseparable.

They both got into the car, embarking on their journey to a nearby restaurant. The atmosphere between them was peaceful, a comfortable silence surrounding them as they looked forward to their meal.

Once they reached the restaurant they were given seats quickly and soon their dinner arrived.

But then, as they enjoyed their meal, he began to notice something was different. Her forehead was wet with sweat, and her uneasiness was visible. Concern washed over him as he asked her what was wrong.

" Dhvani what's happening"? Are you okay?" He asked worriedly

She tried to explain, her voice trembling.

Nervously she replied" I... I don't know, what's happening. I feel light-headed. Maybe it's my blood pressure again."

His first instinct was to ensure her well-being, was she okay and he didn't hesitate. With a calm yet urgent demeanor, he suggested that they should return home as she needed to rest or they could go to hospital. He knew her health was important and he knew about her health issues since the night she fainted.

He quickly rose from his seat, his movements fueled by a sense of responsibility and care and carefully guided her out of the restaurant. With a sense of urgency, he led her to his car,. Supporting her gently, he helped her into the car. Once she was settled in the seat, he took his place behind the wheel, his focus steady.

Panic surged through him as he drove towards their home, his concern growing with each passing moment. He knew something was seriously wrong, and as he turn towards her he couldn't help but ask her

"Do you need water or if there is anything I can do to help".

However, she remained silent and didn't respond to his inquiries.

With growing uneasiness , he glanced over at her and was met with a shocking sight. She had passed out, her eyes closed, and her face turned away from him, completely unresponsive. Fear gripped his heart and couldn't understand what to do and how to act as he realized the gravity of the situation.
