september 9th, 2022 - planet virgo was first released to the world.
september 9th, 2023 - the one year anniversary of my first full length project.
one year ago today, i released my first full length album and it changed my whole perspective on writing. this was a project i knew i had to write because of all the emotions, sadness, betrayal, acceptance and moving on from a relationship that i thought was forever but it was far from it.
i remember sitting in my old room and coming up with the concept, thinking that it was one of the best ideas i've ever had and it was true. it was and it always will be.
planet virgo is about learning to be vulnerable in your own SPACE and releasing all the leftover emotions that you're either too scared to say out loud or that you're not ready to talk about. here, you're allowed to say it all and be unapologetically yourself because life's too short to hold back.
i will always look back at this project and be proud of everything i released because it was definitely well needed and necessary.
