"Got my hands cuffed, criminal love."

"Hunter Y/n." A voice rang through the Astral Express as you turned around, stopping in your steps."
"Lady Himeko." You replied in the neutral tone you always used. "How may I be of use?"
"Oh, please." The red-haired woman smiled. "Just call me Himeko."
You gave a small nod; "Dully noted."
"On a more serious matter..." Himeko, the Astral Navigator began, as she gestured for you to sit back down in the Express' hallway. "You do know that we've had some sort of... crisis against the Stellaron Hunters recently... ?"
You nodded. "That Kafka woman, right?"
The Navigator approved with a small nod of her head; "Precisely."
"Mhm."
"You weren't present when it happened, but we did get a hologram message from her." She said. "Which is why we're dispatching each other in the Luofu in addition to helping the Xianzhou Alliance."
"I see." You said simply.
"Welt, March and Stelle were deployed regarding the Alliance. Dan Heng is planning to leave regarding his past." Himeko explained, crossing her arms over her chest. "I would like you to go with him."
"Why would I be the bodyguard of a bodyguard, though?"
"I want you to stay in teams. Which is why I think it's a good idea for Dan Heng and yourself to stay together." The Navigator clarified, seeing that you were a little confused. "You will still complete your mission, not to worry."
"Mission which will be." You asked, raising an eyebrow at Himeko in defiance.
"Capture the Stellaron Hunter Kafka for me, please." Himeko requested with a stern expression painted on her features. "The Stellaron Hunters have been involved in most of the crisis we've had to solve so far, so I think it'd be important to know what exactly they're scheming."
"Yeah, I'll give you that." You smirked, before teasing Himeko. "Though, I sense that there is some personal implication from you in that request."
"Please just capture Kafka." Himeko sighed. "She's not to be trifled with. If she sent us that holographic message, there is a reason."
"Why not Ren?" You retorted curiously.
"Ren?" Himeko asked, confused.
"Blade."
"Not Blade, no." The red-haired woman shook her head in denial. "He has already parted in the Luofu."
"Silver Wolf?"
"Kafka." Deadpanned the Navigator with a sigh. "I think she's the one with the most influence among them."
You knew she was wrong.
"Alright, I'll do it." You said sternly. "Not for you, but because I also wish to know what their motives are."
"Good. Thank you."
"No worries."

"Let's get moving." You said to Dan Heng as the two of you boarded a Skiff. "I need to be quick."
"This will strengthen our position." The dark-haired young man nodded in approval. "Y/n, we need to he dispatched as fast as we can."
"Dan Heng, I have something to tell you." You sighed deeply.
"Go on."
"I must be somewhere else. I can't help you this time, I'm sorry."
"I wanted to say the same thing too..." The spear-fighter declared, shaking his head in denial. "Let's part ways and keep each other updated."
You gave a nod, before grabbing your scythe, and patting Dan Heng on the shoulder.
"See you, then." You said with a smile. "Don't die on me."
"I'll do my best not to."
And with that, both of you Astral Express Crew members parted ways, as you were both assigned different missions.

You ran towards the centre of the circle. There, you fell face to face with none other than Stelle, March 7th, Welt and diviner Fu-Xuan.
In the middle; Kafka. She'd been deprived of her trademark leather jacket and her round black sunglasses, and there seemed to be more glow in her irises than usual. It surely could've been Kafka without her Spirit Whisper.
"What are you doing here-?!" March 7th exclaimed suddenly as her eyes fell on you.
"Don't worry about it." You replied, as you walked towards Fu-Xuan slowly. "Diviner... In all due respect, may I interrogate the criminal Stellaron Hunter Kafka? I am a part of the Astral Express Crew, and I serve as its Hunter. I am confident enough in my abilities to dispose of the prisoner if the occasion presents itself."
Kafka looked back at you, intrigued. She knew she'd recognised these eyes somewhere, this voice somewhere. Next to her, Fu-Xuan sighed.
"Well. Very well." The Diviner replied simply. "I won't be far if anything happens."
"Of course, Lady Diviner."
"What are you doing, Y/n?" Welt said simply. "Why were you dispatched?"
"You don't need to know." You answered sternly. "Take care of the Stellaron. I'll take matters in my hands here."
Welt Yang let out a deep sigh; "Alright."
