Lucas...

His body was there still in a running position. But his clothes and skin were burned into ashes, the only thing left was his skeleton, and whatever was left of it. I stared at his body one last time before going to Optimus... I could've saved him. I should've just transformed into a bot and covered it for him. I know he called, but he doesn't deserve this...

Tessa was crying gently into Shane as we drove away. "Lucas, we just left him?" Tessa sobbed. "He's gone" I said with no expression in my voice. I've lost a lot of friends. But no matter how many times I had to say good bye, I can never really get used to it. And who could? "My deepest sympathies for the loss of your friend" Optimus said in a calming way.

He stopped infront of a small abandoned stop and dropped us down. "Stay here till I'm sure we weren't followed" Optimus said. "Don't-... Be safe" I told him. He closed his door and drove away. I sighed. Cade and Shane started arguing pretty quickly. I decided to leave them be and walked to another side of the place.

I sat down on a few boxes and crates left here while I carefully take the bullets out. It was still bleeding, but it wasn't much... Unlike Lucas... I sighed and looked up at the hot sun.

I heard them arguing inside the house again, so I still stayed out. But soon Tessa joined me. "You okay, Tess?" I asked her. "Dad won't let me be with Shane" Tessa said and sat down on one of the crates. "He's just... Protective. Like any father should be. He'll come through it though" I told her and placed a hand on her shoulder. She sighed. "I guess... So what about you? Had any forbidden Love before?" She asked.

I chuckled, "I don't love easily, but I am kinda into one". "Oh really? Who is it?" Tessa asked, her mood suddenly got up. "If you knew, you'd tell him" I said backing up. "I won't, I promise!" Tessa said. "Hm... Okay... Can't tell ya" I joked with her. "Oh come on!.... Wait... I think I know" Tessa smirked. Primus, Cade and Tessa sure shares the same smirk. "You like Optimus" She said in a singing tone. "What?! No-" I said standing up, but ended up having some crates fall on me. Ah, scraplets... "I know you do. You can't deny it, Hana" Tessa said helping me up. "Fine.. Maybe? But if you say a single word to him, that might be the last thing you say" I pretended to threaten her. "ooh.. Scary" She said in a disbelieving tone. "I'm serious though. You'll regret it if you do" I told her with a serious face. "Ok, ok.. I'll keep it a secret. I want to see what happens anyways" Tessa chuckled.

Just then Optimus drove in. I quickly walked over to him. "So?" I asked. "All clear. Let's go" Optimus said. I nodded, "Tess, call the others" I told her. She nodded and walked away inside the building. After a few minutes, the three of them came out with a handfull of items, food, and a laptop? Seriously Cade...

I walked over to them and helped put them into my backpack... What? You can never be too prepared. I helped put the things in and gave the backpack to Cade. Cade asked to sit with Shane, so Tessa doesn't go with him. I shrugged and went to the back with Tessa.

Optimus then started driving towards the canyons. All the dirt and stones were red around us, and the road was pretty much deserted. There was silence for a moment, before... "Calling all Autobots. Calling all Autobots" Optimus called through the radio. My radio also rang. I chuckled slightly.

Just then, a white 2014 Western Star 5700 XE semi-trailer truck passed. A blue holographic light surrounded it from Optimus. I braced myself as me and Tessa was suddenly jerked forward a Optimus changes shape. "Oh my god!" Shane said out of shock. The rust rips off and the familiar blue colour with red fire decals was seen. Man how I missed those colours. I could only see the front of Optimus change, but it was already awesome. "That was insane! It was awesome, but it was insane, right?" Shane said excitedly.
