As Mia was walking out of the door, she bumped into someone—a girl, to be exact. She was wearing a baggy white shirt and cargo pants, and from what Mia could see from the black cap that hid most of her head and face, she had blonde hair, and her face was covered in small tattoos here and there along with some piercings that completed her tomboyish look. The girl looked up at Mia with a mischievous grin, revealing a silver stud in her lower lip.

"I am..." Mia started to apologize.

"Look where you are walking." The other woman spoke rudely.

"What is wrong with you?" Mia stopped in her tracks and looked at her.

The other woman scoffed and crossed her arms, her piercing dark eyes glaring at Mia.

"I don't have time for clumsy people like you," she retorted, her voice dripping with disdain.

Mia felt a surge of anger rise within her, but she took a deep breath and tried to understand the situation. This was the last thing she wanted to deal with at that moment. A lot was going on in her life, and dealing with unpolite strangers was not on her agenda.

Just when Mia wanted to put her in her place, a low but steady voice spoke behind her.

"Be careful how you speak to her." Jungkook said sternly.

Mia turned around to see his tall, imposing figure standing behind her, his expression serious. He was shirtless, wearing only a pair of black shorts, and his toned muscles were adorned by the intricate tattoos that covered his chest and arms. Each design streching on his skin captured her eye, from the delicate cherry blossoms cascading down his chest to the fierce dragon snaking its way downstairs in his V-line, part of it hidden under the fabric of his shorts.

The vibrant colors of the ink contrasted against his sun-kissed skin, adding an air of mystery and sensuality to his well-defined body. Mia couldn't help but feel a mix of curiosity as she locked eyes with him, wondering what tales his body art held and wanting to explore the tattoos one by one.

"Or what? " The stranger's woman's voice interrupted the trance Mia was in.

"Watch your words," Jungkook warned, his voice laced with a hint of anger. "You have no right to be here."

Mia stood silently, observing the tension between the woman and Jungkook. She couldn't help but wonder what had transpired between them because she was sure they had a history that she was now caught in the middle of.

"Can't I visit an old friend?" The woman smirked; obviously there was a hidden agenda behind her seemingly innocent question.

"Old friend? " He laughed a bit. "You were never a friend to begin with," Jungkook retorted, his tone dripping with bitterness. It was the first time Mia had heard him talk like that; she could sense the animosity in his every word. It was clear that there was more to their relationship than met the eye, and it made her uneasy to be caught up in their debate. That's why she decided to leave without saying anything.

She had nothing to do in that place anymore; she got her tattoo done, and that was all.

As she turned around, a hand on her arm stopped Mia. His warm fingers on her skin sent a shiver down Mia's spine. He pulled her closer, their bodies pressing together, and she could feel the warmth radiating from his naked chest.

She turned to face him, her eyes meeting his intense gaze. In that moment, she couldn't speak a single word; her mind and body could only surrender to his hot-toned body and his manly scent filling all her senses.
