Now it was getting interesting, yet very dangerous. I wasn't expecting him to get this powerful. Dimitri impressed me in that moment. Though behind this glory was hiding an evil face... or a blinded one.

Some of the villains are just broken heroes. Though I don't know if Dimitri is one of them. He seemed to be... taken by the power. Feeling to be unstoppable and being able to do anything he wants.

Don't get me wrong. I felt similar as I became an Ink Demon like my bro Inky. But I stayed at the beginning at my right senses, but as Allison told us that Dimitri and his friends wanted to leave without me, I needed to make them stay a little longer.

I know, I know... it's bad as well. But the thing is... it's fair to give those who suddenly change their choices a different show sometimes. Besides I still don't get it why they came for me to want to leave without me at the end.

No matter the past, the present is the problem now. We have to stop Dimitri. His powers are growing every second.

"What's wrong? You seem to be not as determined as you were before. Come on. Be honest and tell me what you think of my new presence."

I rolled my eyes and crossed my arms in front of my chest. Inky, if his eyes would be visible, he would have rolled them as well. He crossed his arms too and stared at Dimitri.

"I see how it is. Oh well... I shall then just end your life."

"This isn't you, Dimitri!", shouted a voice behind Dimitri.

It was Chris. He stood there, seemingly worried about his cousin. Dimitri turned around to him, staring at him like a stranger. Something was really off. Is Dimitri actually blinded and the golden ink took over him?

"I don't have time for fools like you, punk."

Chris tries to make him come back to his mind:

"You need to snap out of it, Dimitri. This isn't you. The golden ink... it tries to take control. Please! You need to-"

"I don't need to snap out of this cuz this is the way to success, fool. And I am NOT giving up this power!"

Chris looked almost defeated of not succeeding to make Dimitri come back. Dimitri was about to attack him, but got stopped by the growls of the Ink Demon.

"(chuckles) Oh... so you care now about people than about yerself now, Demon? That's sweet. But that's also pathetic (laughs)."

"You're turning into a monster, pawn!", told him Inky, his voice sounding angry.

"Me?! A monster?! You must understand me wrong. I... am going to be their savior.... but you... are going to be the failure. You'll always be a monster!"

Dimitri raised his arm. Oh shit! He had a similar way to control the ink as I do. I knew what he was using.

"Watch out!", I shouted, pushing Inky out of the way, making myself get caught by the attack and losing a leg.

"Awww... so lovely. Siblings should care for each other, shouldn't they? Well... not for long."

Dimitri raised his hands again, forming golden ink tentacles out of the ground. They were big and massive. Afterwards he pointed in my direction. The tentacles sprinted towards me.

I quickly used my powers to make a shield, while I regained my leg back. It was hard to hold the attack, but I managed to do so.

"Just give up, girlie. You don't have to fight. You can just die and end your pain (giggles)."

"I'm not giving up, Dimitri! Not now... Never!"

Dimitri smirked at my answer:

"Very well- OUCH!!!"

Dimitri was hit by a rock at his back. I looked at the place where Chris was. Benton, Bartholomew and Luke came here as well.

"Nice throw, dude.", said Benton to Bartholomew who threw the rock.

Dimitri turned back to see his friends against him. He growled, his horns and eyes lightning up.

"FOOLS!!!"

Another tentacle formed, throwing all four of his friends at a wall. Dimitri seemed satisfied with his attacks. His friends couldn't move properly now. They were hurt.

"(laughs like a maniac) This is so much FUN!"

Attacks them with more unique and painful attacks, as well attacking Inky and me at the same time.

"How are we suppose to stop him?", I asked myself and Inky.

He thought for a moment about a plan, while dodging and attacking Dimitri back. He then got an idea.

To not let Dimitri hear it, Inky told me through my mind as he mostly does to manipulate his people.

"We need to make him stop moving. Then he won't be able to do anything. He will be harmless.", said Inky through my mind.

I looked at him and nodded. He nodded back and teleported somewhere away. I noticed him quickly being on the balcony now, drawing Dimitri's attention on him.

"You think ya smart, demon? Well, I'll prove you wrong!"

A new tentacle emerged from the ground, this time it had spikes on it. Dimitri laughed like a maniac again. And was about to point at Inky. I need to do it now, fast!

"Who's the pawn NOW, demo-"

A gap left Dimitri's move. Black ink tentacles both big and small surrounded him from his fingertips to his feet, covering his mouth as well.

The spiky tentacle stopped were it was, not moving. Dimitri was paralyzed.

"(laughs) Excellent job, sis!", shouted Inky from the balcony.

I smiled at his comment. He smiled back.

"Thank you, brother!", I shouted back.

Dimitri was struggling to break free. His veins were in the same color just like the golden ink. He seemed to be upset. He stared at us, his eyes showing anger and hatred.

He tried to talk but it was for nothing. His mouth was covered and held shut by my ink tentacle. He looked defeated.

I noticed Allison, Tom and Henry taking care of Chris and the others. They took them to safety. To the infirmary where Jack, Sammy and Susie waited. I just noticed that Jack was only seen at the very beginning. Where was he the rest of the time?

Suddenly the spiky tentacle dissolved but Dimitri giggled suspiciously. If his mouth was free, we could probably see a smirk on his face. He then pointed at the balcony where the Ink Demon was. We all looked at the balcony and noticed a door next to Inky.

Dimitri stopped struggling. Something was wrong.

A scream could be heard.
