The Beginning of the End

My eyes shoot open as I shoot up and gasp for air. Looking around, somewhat confused, I realise I'm in some sort of abandoned-looking building that looks as though it hasn't been touched in years. What the hell? I think as I stand up, a piercing sound exploding through my ears. I cover them in a weak attempt to stop the sound when it dawns on me that this is another dream sequence similar to the one I had a few days ago when Cas broke his ankle, the only difference being I can hear the voices a little more clearly. The ringing gets progressively louder the closer I get to the voices, but thanks to my vamp hearing, I'm just barely able to make out what they're saying. I don't recognise either of the voices, but the more I focus on them, I can hear the slightest accent in one of the man's voices.

"You're sure trusting this scum of a being is a good plan?" the one with the accent asks.

"He assured me that these two are part of the bloodline involved in the creation of the Tribrid. If we are to believe what Michael says about Aziel surviving, then if the Traitor were to get involved with anyone, it would be him and these two can lead us to him as well."

"Why don't we just take the son to begin with? Isn't he the one our suspicions are leading us to? Why should we care about some demon scum?"

"Because it is against Father's orders. We must first prove that their son is The Fallen One before we make any type of contact. Are you questioning Father's orders?"

"I trust Father's orders, but trusting one of Nature's abominations to lead us to him when he's right in front of us? Of course, I'm going to question things, brother. If it were my call, I would simply take him and interrogate it out of him until he confesses exactly how he escaped, then I would kill the demon scum in front of him and return the Traitor to Father for further punishment."

"What you are suggesting is blasphemy, Camael. We must follow our orders and have faith that the Traitor will get his punishment in time."

Camael is one of the last names I wanted to hear in a conversation regarding Cas. Being the leader of the Powers and one of the Dominions in Heaven, he was one of the angels responsible for throwing Cas out of Heaven, well, I heard that he was one of the angels that helped in killing him, but recent events have led me to believe otherwise. Deciding to investigate further, I walk closer to the angels and see a giant sigil drawn on the floor in chalk, one that I haven't seen in a very long time. It belongs to one of the most powerful tracking spells I've ever seen and the last time I came across it, was when I was reading through my mother's grimoires back when I was creating the cloaking spell that my siblings and I are under. The spell can only be broken by someone more powerful than me, but angels, especially Archangels, come extremely close to that power when it comes to my Tribrid power and if they're using it to track Cas to get to both of us, they should've already confirmed our location. Taking a closer look, I notice that the sigil looks slightly altered, similar to my mother's lineage tracking spell, however, for the moment, I chalk it up to the fogginess of the vision. Footsteps echo through the building and when I turn around, I'm faced with a very unpleasant surprise. Nothing about this damn dream sequence is making sense.

"I present to you the parents of the supposed angel you're searching for, as promised," my father says, shoving a frightened man and woman towards the pair of angels.

"Please, we'll do whatever you want, just let us go. We won't tell anyone," the woman begs as tears and blood run steadily down her already bruised face.

"You are a holy man," Camael says, walking closer to the man, who's also covered in blood, I might add and completely ignores the woman. "I can respect that, but you, sweetheart, you're tainted with sin. Not as much as your blasphemous son, but still greatly tainted. You try to run from it, but the thing about sin, is that it will always catch up with you in the end," he continues, turning to face the woman.
