Tonks took my hand. "We need to go." I stayed silent but followed her. I fly on my broom all the way back to Hogwarts. "Draco." I was whispering under my breath.
I make it and land on the courtyard, I run towards the Slytherin's dormitories and hoped and prayed that Draco was there. I rush up the stairs towards the boys rooms and find Draco's door.
"Draco..." His name barely made it out of my mouth without a sob. I slide down the wall to the silence. Tears no doubtedly making my face puffy and red. Wounds from the glass balls still throbbing on my face.
The door opens and someone is standing above me. I hope it's Draco. Arms lift me up and carry me back to my room. I snuggle closer to the warmth. the arms place me gently onto my bed as fingers brush my tears away.
I smile as my vision cleared and I saw him there. "What's wrong?" I shake my head, opening my mouth yet no words escape. He opens his arms and leans against my pillow, I snuggle once more into his body and smile.
I take a deep shuddering breath. "My father, He's..." The last word doesn't form, not even in my mind, the possibility of this happening. My body starts to shake uncontrollably and several sobs let themselves free. Draco looks at me and strokes my arm, encouraging me.
"Dead."
The next day, we received a paper at the dining room that stated "Dumbledore Potter Vindicated" with a picture of Dumbledore holding Harry on the ground. "Minister to resign." "Umbridge suspended pending investigation." "He Who Must Not Be Named returns."
"Hogwarts headmaster reinstated." That one put a smile to my face, I finish my toast and head back to my room.
My trunk was nearly out of room but I only had two extra shirts to pack. As I'm closing it, Charli walks into the room.
"Hi Charli, I feel like I haven't seen you in ages." I say to her, but she stays quiet. "Charli? Why aren't you talking to me?" A shiver crosses the room.
"Don't you ever..." Her voice is raspy and demonic, I take a step back from her. Her neck twists in an inhumanely way.
"Disrespect the Dark Lord again."
