Avika's POV

I came from the old mansion last night in my room. There I had find a journal of my mother and I brought it with me. Siya Raghuvanshi, My mom, she left us when I was just 13 and needed her the most after Pihu's death but she went and never came back. We did not had a bond before either because she spent more time with Pihu and I was always busy with my classes and expectations thrown over me. After Pihu was gone she had no reasons to stay and she went but not before stabbing me with her hurtful words.

I took the journal out from my bag and opened the pages which was crinkly and had a foul smell. Turning them I started going through all the pages. Few of them were filled with the days when she and dad had a fight or any heated arguments and some had those memories of Pihu and her's. Ofcourse it was nothing about me because she never liked me. This thoughts bought a burning senstation in my chest and I swallowed a large lump, I couldn't cry now. I was about to close it but something caught my attention.

He came today!!

I knew he would come back and destroy everything and my instincts became true.                     He came with Abhimaan today and we met after 3 years. I thought he must have changed and grown into a gentleman and more mature human but I turned out to be wrong. He still haven't changed. Those eyes still held the burning desire of destroying everything.

Who came??? Who is she talking about?? I turned the pages further but it was nothing written after this and other pages were missing. I kept the diary inside my bag and turned to call Ansh. Since he does not know that I am at Dehradun and we have not talked, I have to explain a lot.

He picked the call in two rings.

"were you sitting above your phone? " I asked trying to check about his mood because I am already losing my shits from his silence. He did not answer so I checked my phone again if the call has ended but it wasn't so I asked "Ansh say something?"

"Do you care Avika?" he said in a stern voice and it didn't go unnoticed by me that for the first time he has called me by name after our marriage. Was he so angry?

"If you don't have anything to say than I am ending the call. Take care"

"Ansh-" before I could proceed the call went dead already. I shouldn't have hide from him but atleast he could talk to me right now. I heard him after whole two days, I missed his voice. I miss him right now. A tear escaped from my eye, I wiped it and layed on the bed. My mind was still wondering about that person mom said about in the diary. I wish she would be here or atleast I could know where she is now but I have no idea. I don't even know if she is alive or dead.

Sleep was far away from me right now and I was missing him. Shall I call him once again? I think I should. It was 11 pm and he must be awake so I picked my phone and dialled his number.

"Hello" he said in a stern voice.

"Did I disturb?" I asked

"Yes. I am at the meeting right now" his voice was curt and rude. But which meeting was he attending now?

"Meeting at this time?" I asked

"I am at Bursa right now and I have meeting going on. If it's not important than don't call me" saying this he ended the call

Wait what?? He is in Turkey and he did not inform me?? Even you did not say that you were going to Dehradun. Sleep was long gone and I kept changing my positions untill sleep engulfed me.
