Avika's POV

The preparations for the wedding were started and I couldn't be happier than marrying the man who was standing between the crowd yet his eyes were on me.

It was a haldi ceremony today and we had to invite everyone whom we didn't on the previous one.
Instead of a low-key and intimate ceremony, it was a big fat Indian wedding now.

We both co-ordinated our outfits pairing in mustard yellow traditional.
A smile appeared on my face when I remembered our conversation from the morning
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
"Avyansh are you sure about us" I finally asked him when my the overthinking was on verge.
It wasn't him but it was about us. And somewhere in some corner of my heart I had this thought that even though everything went right on my side, once... Just for once, something would always happen to fuck up all the happy shades.
I didn't saw any sort of emotions on his face but his eyes reflected one when he took slow steps towards me and held my face in his palms. The warmth Krept inside me with his touch and I looked in his eyes.
"I have never been this sure in my life Purple" he said and unknowingly a tear left my eyes.
I didn't knew why he called me 'purple' but then.. I also didn't knew the meaning behind it before
And now that's the only name I want to listen from his mouth.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

"It's my turnnnnn" Roohi came pushing everyone aside in the crowd holding the bowl with turmeric paste.

She had everything arranged accordingly with the theme colors and everyone's outfit accordingly.

"Lagadu?" She asked with a smile on her face
[Shall I?]

No no.. I knew that smile but before I could move back, a bucket of cold water was splashed upon me from up where I saw Samarth standing holding the bucket.

"The fu-

"Ayee no cursing" she said holding the bowl and dipped her hand inside before rubbing it all on my hands and cheeks.

I scrunched my nose with the smell and got up to leave. The wet cloth clutched to my body and others got engaged in eating and enjoying around the pool.

Taking it a moment to escape and change my outfit, I rushed towards upstairs but I felt a strong arms wrapping around my waist and pulled me into the corner. The force made me imbalance and I squealed closing my eyes.

"Shhh" I opened my eyes feeling strong palm muffling my voice.

"Mmmhh" I struggled to speak out until he removed his palm

"Ansh you-

"Everyone got the chance so I had to snatch mine" he said before brushing his cheeks on mine with haldi on both the sides.

His beards tickled my skin and I bit my lower lip to muffle my voice when it touched my neck sending wildest sensations down to my knees.
"Ye hui humari haldi" he said before stepping back.
[Now this is our haldi ]

My eyes travelled down to his body and he wasn't in as good condition as mine. No maybe he looked more worse and even after I tried to control myself from laughing, I laughed out loud.

"What?" He raised his eyebrows looking at me holding my cheeks and laughing.

"No.. butt.. oh godd" I took a sec to control and inhaled a sharp breath but seems like it didn't happened and I started laughing more.
Did I hit my head somewhere?

Avyansh was standing crossing his arms and he bent down seeing me sitting on the floor and leaning on the wall

"You need a serious help baby" he said before scooting me closer and helding in a bridal style.

"Wh-aaaaa" he threw me on his shoulder like a fucking pillow and carried me inside the room

Avyansh's POV

My eyes didn't left her sight for once until Roohi had text me to meet her in my study room.

"See I am not telling you that I am sure. But it may be a-

"Do not let her know about it" I said getting up from my chair.
The woman had been dangerously mysterious about whom Roohi has been dropping clues but I don't want Avika to have any hint about it.

Even if it's siya

I left the room and went downstairs to look at my soon to be wife.
It was 8 at night and the Sangeet event had started with Mom being the first one to go at the stage and dancing with Samarth.

I followed the crowd downstairs until I reached for my woman.

She looked as beautiful as the day I had first laid my eyes on her.
Sukoon
Ghar

Mine and all mine.

She might have felt my gaze and turned back Looking up at me. She was wearing a blue shimmery outfit perfectly suiting her curves.

I forwarded my hand and she held it with a questioning gaze not until I pulled her at the stage.

The music played

'tum ho..paas mere'

And all the lines dedicated to the woman in my arms.

I spined her around with us colliding and held her from the waist.

"I don't know how to dance" she said between her breaths

"Me neither" I said and she chukeled before taking the support of my shoulder to move her hips with the music.

"Everyone's watching us" she said when I brushed my nose with hers and held her chin

"As they should" saying I captured her lips with mine
The tunes of the music and the sounds of the crowd were far heard in my ears.
All I could feel was her in this moment. Her lips molding on mine and kiss full of love.

I was her's to mold and she was mine to love.

We didn't knew when the music stopped until the noise of clapping and hooting echoed in the hall.
She left my hand moving down to the stage and I followed her in the crowd.
