"Hey Renjun, I was gonna step out for a bit, go for a walk to the park, wanna join?" Eunkyung walked further into the boys' room awaiting a response. He put the paintbrush down before turning to face her. "Sure thing, just let me get my cap and mask and I should be ready!"
Eunkyung turned to exit the room making sure to grab her cap and mask as well to avoid any drama. Over the past few months of modeling, she gained her own mini fanbase. It was a lot for her to handle at times, but she didn't mind. Once she had gotten to the front door, she noticed Renjun was kneeling tying a pair of shoes up, her joining him by his side.
Once they both had their respective shoes on, they bid the members goodbye, exiting the dorm. They held a conversation while walking down the streets near the apartment. It had been a while since the two had caught up needing a well-deserved catch-up session. Eunkyung ranted about the call with her mum and how things have been with Jisung. The boy never missed the tiny squeaks and glimmer in the girl's eyes as she spoke about one of his dearest friends.
A bashful smile made itself at home on her features as she continued to catch Renjun up. He intently listened to all of her thoughts, worries, and conflicts. All of the small things that make her life so interesting and complicated in its own way. The two stopped at the corner shop as they grabbed a quick bite to eat, making sure to stay hidden near the back of the store away from the public eye in order to enjoy their privacy.
They bought whatever they needed before heading back to the dorms making sure to keep up with each other. Renjun was in the midst of telling Eunkyung about the recent schedules when her phone began to ring obnoxiously loud startling the two. Eunkyung grabbed her phone out of her pocket to check who was calling, her eyes falling upon a name she very rarely sees pop up.
"I am so sorry Renjun, but I kinda have to answer this." a small nod came from the boy as he began to walk by her side silently, watching as she answered the call.
"Hey Yejun, what's up?"
"Hey Eunkyung, how's shit been?"
"Eh, you know how shit is, why'd you call?"
"Oh so, I got a scholarship and a job offer over in South Korea in game design and IT mechanics. I just uh, you're the only person I know over there Eun, I don't really know where I could stay."
"Oh yo shit really? Dude, I'm so proud of you what even. Hold on I'm out of the house right now, there's no room in the dorm unless you shared with me or one of the members but Yejin lives a few floors up and might have a spare room, can you give me an hour and a half so I can get everyone together and figure shit out?"
"Yeah man, of course you can. Just call me back whenever you're ready, I've already told the university I'll be more than happy to attend. They've given me a month and a half to sort my shit out, I start not too long after that."
"Cool well, I'm with Renjun right now so once we get back to the dorm I'll round everyone up, and see what I can do."
"You're with Renjun? I don't have to worry do I?"
