Adelina Celine Torres
"What the hell were you thinking?!" are the first words out of Aaron's mouth when I get into his car.
Right before Papa made me go into that room, I had discreetly sent him my location.
I am grateful for the dark lighting to hide the mark he made on my neck, my eyes full of tears that I try my best to hold back. Silence falls over the car. I just look out the window, unable to look at him. I can't hear him telling me how right he was right now.
"Adelina" he says, his voice a lot calmer than it was when I first got in.
"I'm sorry." I manage to say.
"What did he do?" Aaron says. I glance at his face and wish I hadn't. He looks mad.
At me.
"N-nothing." I say, "I'm just dramatic. Nothing h-happened." I look away from him.
My head snaps up when I hear his car door open and close. I want to get out and run after him and stop him from whatever he is about to do, but I don't. I sit there and pull my knees to my chest, hating how I manage to always get myself into these situations.

"What the hell did you to do her?" I shove him against the wall.
"I figured you'd be coming to me soon, just not this soon." He laughs, "Are you ready to rethink my offer?"
"Go to hell." I grip his shirt, wanting nothing more than to punch him like I did the other day.
"You should be thanking me." He shoves me away from him. I feel him getting more irritated with me and I try my best to stand my ground, ignoring the fear creeping into my mind at seeing him like this.
But it's different now.
I am different now.
And he can't do shit to me.
"Thanking you?!" I say, unsure if he is drunk or high or something because why the fuck would I thank him?
"I had her right against the wall, God how she squirmed when I kissed her soft neck...and I let her go. For you."
And I punch him.
And I reach for the gun in my waistband and aim it right at his head.
I hear a door open but I don't move until I hear her voice.
"What the fuck! Aaron what are you doing!?" A familiar brunette steps between me and my father, my finger faltering on the trigger.
Fuck.
"Leave." I say to her, "Or I kill you both."
She scoffs, "Aaron think about what you're doing, turning your back on family for some girl?"
Her words make me think she is trying to get me to shoot the two of them.
"What are you two together now?" I ask, feeling anger bubbling inside of me at seeing her again. "We work together." She responds, "I convinced him to come down here and fix things with you."
"Fix things?" I almost laugh, "Too late for that, and I already gave him a chance to leave but he chose to fuck with Adelina instead."
"Now I am giving you a chance to leave. Walk away and think about my offer."
I am about to speak when he starts again, "My men have this place surrounded," he takes out his phone, "And your little girlfriend is alone in the car right now,"
