hi this one might be long and there might be more parts to it but idk yet

you and jj have been best friends since birth, your moms were the best of friends and raised you two together, that is only until they both got tired of having kids and took off together.

when they took off, you two were closer than ever. you were inseparable.

you did everything together, you watched movies, had deep talks, cleaned each other after fights.

but one day, you both had a big fight and you werent used to that, so you went to the beach to blow off some steam.

while you were cooling off you ran into rafe and he comforted you, and that lead up to a kiss, to a heated make out sesh, and to his bedroom.

after that night you went back to find jj and you had told him about you and rafe and told him how rafe asked to be your girlfriend.

lets just say he wasnt the happiest. you guys had gotten into an even more heated fight and didnt talk for months on end, you had also distanced yourself from the pogues due to rafes request.

but one night you found rafe snorting coke with his buddies and it lead to a few slaps and a punch and couldnt handle it anymore and called it off.

after a few months of grieving you decided you had moved on, but you missed your friends. especially jj.

you knew it wasnt the right decision picking rafe over jj, but truth be told you had the biggest crush on jj. you loved him. you only started dating rafe because you knew jj didnt love you back, and you also didnt wanna mess with what you had.

you liked rafe, but you never loved him, atleast not as much as you love jj.

so one night you decided you were gonna go meet up with the pogues and make amends.

they all forgave you and told you how much they had missed you. well all except jj.

he had been extra quiet that night and no matter how many times you had apologized he would just shut you down.

he kept yelling at you, telling you to leave, and just sending you rude looks from across the room.

after a few months of the rude comments from jj, you decided you had enough of being nice. so you gave him a taste of his own medicine.

and thats what lead you here, enemies with jj, and still secretly in love with him.

"yall up for a boat ride today?" john b asked from the pull out couch.

"im down."

"same"

"only if y/ns not going" jj said glaring at you.

"dude what the hell is your problem? we were best friends! ive apologized a million times. grow up." you said, getting up and going into the bathroom.

john bs pov:

"bro she has a point, why did you just shut her out." i say, looking at the blonde from across the room.

"you were the only one she could talk to and now she cant talk to anyone! shes just keeping her emotions bottled up and shes bound to break any moment." i say before giving him the chance to speak.

jjs pov:

hes right. she is bound to break. i only pushed her away because i was in love with her and i didnt know how to feel about that, and when she started dating rafe i cracked and i was stupid and let her go.

"whatever man." i say, even though i was thinking so many things in that moment.

it had been a couple of hours later, we all had breakfast, showered, chilled.
