enemies to lovers pt. 2

"i love you too! the only reason i got with rafe was because i thought you didnt feel the same and i didnt want to mess up anything we had, i never loved rafe i love you." you say, as soon as you finish jj smashes his lips onto yours, after a moment of shock you kiss him back.

we both pulled away, gasping for air. suddenly the door flings open and kiara pops in.

"you guys good?" jj lets go of my arms and walks past kie. he waits til hes behind her to put his finger up to his lips signaling me to not tell.

ill admit, i was a little hurt by the gesture but i can see where hes coming from.

"yeah, we're good." i smile back at the blonde walking on the boat.

"okay, lets go on the boat," kie smiles as she holds her hand out for me to grab.

i grab her hand and we start walking out to the boat.

once i sit down, i look over at jj and see he looks super uncomfortable. i take my phone out and decide to text him.

JJ 🙄

me: your not regretting what happened...right?

he picks up his phone to see the notification is from me, he looks around before answering.

JJ: god no. why do you think that?

me: you just look uncomfortable

JJ: i could never regret kissing your beautiful face.

after reading the text my face goes red and i start to smile.

"whos got you smiling?" kie said which brought the attention to everyone on the boat.

she leans over and looks at the contact name, which makes me turn my phone off quickly and smile nervously.

"was that jj?" my eyes widen, "what! noo." i look away from kie and see all the pogues are looking at me with furrowed eyebrows.

"i did see jj on his phone, smiling," pope adds which makes me roll my eyes.

"are you guys hiding something?" john b asks as i sit up and shake my head, "no i just called him a potato with lashes," i shrug.

"are you guys finally done beefing?" kie asks, "no," i say quickly, "just drop it." jj says which i internally thank him for.

a week later of me and jj sneaking around had past and now everyones getting suspicious.

he also had asked me to be his girlfriend in the time being.

jj took my hand and brought me into the chateau, walking into the bathroom and locking it.

he pins me up against the wall and starts kissing me passionately.

"hello, anyone in here?" we hear a knock at the door and start to panic.

"what do we do?" i whisper shout, "i dont know!" he shouts back.

"im in here!" i shout through the door, "everything alright?" kie asks, "yep im good, be out in a sec!" i say and hear footsteps walk away.

"that was close," jj says as he opens the door and we both walk back out to the pogues.

"hey do yall wanna go on the boat?" pope asks as everyone else agrees.

an hour had passed of us just driving around on the boat and john b decided to anchor and go for a swim.

all the pogues jumped in except me and jj. both of out love language was physical touch so it was hard to go all day without it.

i came up to him and pushed him back on the leather seat, straddling his lap and making out with him.

"what the hell," kie said as she climbed the ladder, i pushed myself off of him and onto the seat next to him.

"were yall just making out?" kie says as she points between the two of us, "no." jj says as i sigh.

"yeah we've been dating for like a week," i say as i look down at my lap. 

"YOU TWO ARE DATING!?"

this grabs the attention of john b and pope and they come up to join the party.

"the hell?"

"you two are enemies, what happend?" pope asks, "we fell in love," i grab jjs hand and smile.

"okay ew but aw,"

after all the pogues adjust to us being together it was practically back to normal.
