Chapter 4

A week later, Oscar was at Nolan's. Nolan's best friend Trisha was there with him.

"Nice to meet you," Trisha smiled a knowing smile and Oscar smiled back.

"I think Trish and I are going out to eat. Give you room to work?" Oscar nodded.

As they were leaving, Oscar heard Trish say "You're right. He is cute."

"Shhh. He can still hear you and now he's going to think I've been fantasizing about him."

"But you were!"

"Hush up!" Nolan scolded his friend,and Oscar chuckled. He realized he was blushing.

Hours later, Nolan and Trish returned. Nolan loved everything Oscar did with the place.

"If you don't like something, you can call me, and I'll come back and fix it."

"I love it. How much do I owe you?"

Oscar told him the prize and he sent money through PayPal.

Nolan and Oscar shook hands and Oscar left. "I guess I won't be seeing him anymore," Nolan said sadly.

  "I wouldn't be so sure. If it's meant to be, you'll run into each other again." Trish reassured her friend.
